What's For Dinner in 2021

Jon wanted to make giant burritos so I made 2 pounds of taco meat and cut up onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Also had grated cheese and they finished the jalepeno peppers and then used the green olives. Had 4 sauces as well. Had enough mixture to make 10 peanut butter cookies and the guys ate them is like 3 minutes flat for dessert.

lol Dawn. When J is not home Jon and I do that all the time. Chips and dip or popcorn for dinner followed by cupcakes! lol

I made dinner for lunch. Made Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches. Mine with onions, lettuce and tomates. J's with onions and peppers. Jon's with onions and peppers and extra cheese. Also made some fries. Of course, J wanted different fries and Jon wanted cheese on his. Wrapped them all up and took them to the shop. Also took up 3 vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting.

I finally decided tonite I am making some frozen Garlic Bread slices, frozen chicken nuggets, and mozzarella sticks.  With no Don, I can "Live Dangerously" *LOL*

Last night, since Don was still not home, I made General Tso Chicken and a frozen Chicken stir fry with udon noodles.  I had Spaggetti with parm and mozzarella cheese for lunch.

The night before I had Bacon Mac and Cheese bites (need to find a recipe and tweak it, EXCELLENT) and Mozzarella sticks.

Was not sure when the guys would be home so I just made pizzas and fries for dinner. The rest of the peanut butter cookies for dessert.

Rib eye steaks with gastro pub chips and salads. The rest of the chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

I warmed up the pasta dish for me and added some diced tomatoes. For the guys I used the leftover beef stew and added more carrots and potatoes, peas and a few beans and made a thick soup. Chocolate sea horses for dessert. J got a 4 pack for me a while ago.

I warmed up the pork fried rice for the guys and found some shell pasta in the pantry and made that and melted Colby Jack cheese over it. Also diced up some tomatoes on the side. Chocolate frosted chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Don didn't come home last night, so instead of making ham and cheese omelets, I had Tostito's with French onion dip and Neapolitan ice cream.  Glad I was up early, had to shovel drive and brush off car.  Came in house to warm up and made scrambled eggs for "Just Me"

Don is making a Jack's pizza ~ sauseage and pepperoni pizza  Hope he chokes on it

I made thick cut breaded pork cutlets with gravy and peas and German Salt Potatoes with Onions. Caramel, graham cracker chocolate bars for dessert.

Spagetti and meatballs with Garlic Texas style toast

Made my double layer loaded nachos for dinner. Also heated up the egg fried rice. Caramel shortbread chocolate bars for dessert.

Made pork fried rice, egg fried rice, mini spring rolls and fries for Jon. The rest of the Ho Ho Torte for dessert.

Today is Don's 58th birthday.  I brought home pancakes, sausage, and a hash brown, from McDonald's for him.

AFter I was done taking Padre to Dr appointment and lab work appointment, I took Don to Jessica's for lunch.  We both had the Super Burger, French Fries, and Chicken & Rice Soup with beers.  The guys at the Restaurant know him and brought him a very HUGE piece of Chocolate cake with a candle on it.  They put chocolate syrup on the plate before they put the cake on it.

Making seasoned fries and Cheddar Cheese stuffed smoke sausages for Butt Head.  I was hoping to be in bed already. Forgot, there are still chocolate chip cookies that I made from preformed dough.

Planning on doing rib eye steaks,gastro chips and salads with grilled bread and mushrooms. Mini Yellow Frosted cupcakes for dessert.

I think we forgot to eat yesterday

Got a pack of the Salisbury Steaks and doctored up some frozen corn with butter and salt and made some potatoes and gravy. (The guys did not want the nachos I was going to make.) Mini Yellow Cupcakes with butter frosting for dessert.

Last night, Don ordered from Jessica's.  WE each got a 3 piece beer batter cod dinner with fries.  Don had the hamburger Mac soup and I had the Clam Chowder

I made Chicken Tikka with Rice Pilaf. Jon added the rest of the garlic toast and we had chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

Made the guys chile with cheese and onions and garlic bread. I had rice with veggies. Ho Ho Torte for dessert.

I made .cheeseburgers, seasoned fries, and served cole slaw

Made big burgers and fries and also Ho Ho Torte for dessert.
