What's For Dinner in 2021

Made a 4 Meat Tombstone pizza and doctored it up with shredded Mozzarella and colby jack cheese

Made Jon a homemade pizza with sausage, pepperoni, pancetta, onions and green olives and made J and I a calzone with pancetta, sausage, black olives, onions. Made a batch of chocolate chip walnut cookies. So good.

Rib eye steaks, gastro chips, grilled bread and salads. Apple fritters for dessert.

Made sloppy joes, corn bread, sliced bread and butter pickles and chips. Made some homemade sandwich cookies for dessert!

Don was in his usual "I'm not eating" moods, so I didn't make anything.  I was not in the mood to play that game last night.

Baked a small ham and potatoes, corn, potato salad, cottage cheese with onions and soft rolls. lol Godiva Chocolates for dessert!

I bought Marie Callender's Steak and Roasted Potatoes frozen dinners (Tender beef in a savory mushroom gravy with roasted red potatoes and green beans).

Ham Sandwiches and Chips and a snack plate of cheese and crackers. (We just finished the Brick Cheese.) Stopped at Greggs Bakery for Donuts for dessert. It has been so long...

I am making Spagetti and Meatballs and cheesy garlic bread, tonite.

Our oven here is that way. Cannot wait for a US one again.

Tonite I am making oven baked Beer Battered Cod filets, Steakhouse Ranch Broccoli and Cheese red potatoes (from a box), green beans, and buttered bread

I am hoping it turns out OK because my oven needs to be calibrated.  It is about 100 degrees off.  That is why it was taking so long to coo stuff at the assigned temp.  Finally bought an oven thermometer and found out ARRRRRGH!

Made my easy peasy lasagne with homemade garlic bread and marinated artichoke hearts. The rest of the little frosted cakes for dessert.

For Lunch I made Angus Beef patties on a bun with butter and melted sharp cheddar cheese and home made french fries.

Made a Hooters dinner! Got some sauce and the breading and made wings and shrimp! Also gastro chips and small salads. Turned out very well! Small frosted cakes.

I brought our typical breakfast home from work ~ Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuit and hash browns.  I substitute the folded egg for a round egg

I made ground beef tacos with colby jack cheese, lettuce, onion, roma tomatoes, salsa, jalapeno pepper slices, sour cream, flour and wheat tortillas.

I tried something new today. I made beef and cheese quesadias with Spanish Rice and cut up small salads. Corn bread with whipped topping for dessert. I cannot believe how good it was.

Last night I made a Beef Roast with potatoes and celery.

Made brats and homemade potato salad and chips and the rest of the garlic dip. They guys had corn bread with whipped topping.

Made cornbread and chili for the guys.

Made Pasta Carbonnara - I think I need to tweak it a bit. Also cut up some veggies to go with. J had a Guinness with his. Pecan Turtles for dessert that Sheena sent.

I told Don that I wanted to make Ham and Cheese Omelets for supper.  He copped and attitude and then asked if I wanted a  piece chicken dinner or Pizza and potatoes from Gus'.  I chose the chicken which includes cole slaw and broasted potatoes

Leftover pasta, meat sauce, sausages, small salads and fresh garlic toast. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

We have been eating alot of leftovers
