What's For Dinner in 2021

Made big Chef's Salads with French Dressing. They were so good. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, ham, turkey and hard-boiled eggs. Also made the tubed bread sticks. Also made mini cupcakes with frosting for dessert. J didn't eat.

Made Swill Melts on Toasted Breads with fried onions, raw onions, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mayo. Also crinkle cut fries. Also made rootbeer floats for dessert!

Marinated rotisserie chicken legs and thighs, baked potatoes with butter and gravy, and spinach

Made ground beef soft shell tacos with the trimmings and cole slaw tonite

Last night we ended up going to a new Italian place and got shrimp pesto pasta with breadsticks and salads. I still had some sugar cookies stuffed with frosting left for dessert.

Tonite, we had chicken legs cooked with cream of mushroom soup (no milk so I used beer but Don didn't know the difference) in the slow cooker.  I forgot to turn it on low before I went back to work so it was "Fall Apart Done"

Last night I made Angus Beef Patties and tator tots with Kranch Saucy Sauce (YUM!)

Made pizzas and salads. The rest of the bars for dessert.

It was so hot and not much was open so I made subs with lunch meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and oil and vinegar and some chips. Had gotten some German donuts for dessert.

Ended up making rice, crab meat casserole, Spring rolls and veggies. This is going to sound silly but red jello cut into cubes with cream on top!

Last night was French Toast with scrambled eggs.

Tonight was rib eye steaks with baked potatoes and butter and salads. I also picked up a few pieces of Peanut Butter Fudge.

Not sure yet. Maybe breakfast for dinner.

Last night I was way too exhausted to cook.  I ordered and paid for 2 - 4pc chicken dinners from Gus'.  Don actually thanked me for paying for it

Tuesday made Polish Sausage and Bush's baked beans in slow cooker and Wisconsin Cheese instant mashed potatoes

We spent the day in Milwaukee. Found a Middle Eastern Place and had beef kabobs, rice, veggie salad and hummus. Too full for dessert!

Really wanted steak. Made rib eyes, baked potatoes with butter and salads. Yummy. The rest of the bars for dessert.

I made my double layer loaded nachos. The guys also had Spotted Cow. Chocolate chip bars for dessert.

We ended up having salads and sandwiches. Fresh chocolate chip bars for dessert.

The guys were not very hungry. I made ham, salami, pepperoni sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo on sub rolls. Also had chips and my garlic dip. Mini yellow cupcakes with white frosting for dessert.

Got some pre-cooked brisket and made some thick cut bacon and made BBLTs! Put them on toasted thick bread with mayo and lettuce and tomato and made skinny fries. They were so good. I do not have a blender right now so I just melted some vanilla ice cream and put it in big glasses to imitate shakes! It was all so good.

Put Ribeye Pork chops in slow cooker with potatoes, carrots, and onion.  Made asparagus cooked in milk as well

Made kind of a Mexican Buffet. Made Ground Beef Enchiladas and Hard Shell Tacos with lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese and refried beans with cheese, Spanish Rice, and also some chips with store bought Pico. J also brought home a Strawberry Margarita Mix that was so good! More of the Sandwich cookies for dessert.

Tuesday I made Birchwood 1/3# burger patties.  We had burgers with usual condiments and doritos

Yesterday I bought double cheeseburgers with EVERYTHING on mine.  Don just had ketchup and mustard on his.  We also ordered fries.

Tonite, I did not feel like eating and Don got cranky.  He made a comment that he better heat the stove for a pizza.  I folded all the clothes that have not been folded (3 baskets full) and have not did what I washed today.  He is now laying down and complaining that I did not make his pizza. OMG!  I am being him tonite and would rather drink (and unlike him, do stuff that needs to be done at the trailer) than eat.  I have no sympathy.  At least I know he made a lunch for when I took him to work this morning.  He is not starving.
