What's For Dinner in 2021

Rib Eye Steaks, Gastro Chips, Grilled Texas Toast, Mushrooms and Salads. Individual tortes for dinner.

I made a turkey casserole on Wednesday, Tacos on Thursday, and Friday I made Cheddar Cheese Bacon Burgers with green beans and mashed potatoes

burgers and fries tonight. Cut up some lettuce, tomatoes, onions and also had ketchup, mayo, pickles and cheese. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

I made pasta, meat sauce, Italian Sausages, an olive tray and homemade garlic bread. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

Nothing tonite ~ Don is being an A**hole

Made sloppy joes with chips and the rest of the garlic dip, cut off some corn and put it in a dish with butter and salt and the rest of the vanilla cupcakes for dessert.

I made a turkey vegetable casserole that included mixed veggies, chopped celery, diced baby carrots, cream of Mushroom soup, seasonings, topped with panko  bread crumbs and topped off with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese until all was golden brown

Made my Cheesy rice dish with crackers and cut up veg on the side. No leftovers! Yellow cupcakes with vanilla frosting for dessert.

Manwiches (sloppy joes from a can, just add meat and diced onions)

I had a couple of McChicken sandwiches with mac sauce (a boo boo) for breakfast and McChicken sandwich with cheese and pork rinds for lunch

Clean out the fridge night! Made a buffet lol Breakfast hash, lasagne, Italian meatloaf and pizza. The rest of the corn bread with whipped cream for dessert.

Made a different version of my cheese stuffed Italian Meatloaf with baked potatoes and used some frozen corn on the cob to cut off and butter and salt. Had home made sandwich cookies for dessert!

Turkey sounds good. Wish my regular oven worked. I had the stuff to make pizzas. Made J and I a pepperoni one and made Jon one with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. Also made a double batch of fries. The rest of the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Yesterday I made a 19.87 lb turkey with stuffing and red potatoes for just the two of us.  Don made a turkey sandwich for lunch.

Doctored up a Marketside Pepperoni Pizza and also cooked and doctored up a Marketside Supreme Pizza, for later or snacking.

Made a burger bar. Burgers, buns, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, pickles and ketchup with skinny fries. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Tonight was rib eye steaks with grilled Texas toast, gastro chips and small salads. Also sauteed some mushrooms for my son. Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

We were going to have family dinner but that didn't happen. I ended up with hard boiled eggs and dried fruit and made some dip for the guys and made some more cookies. I think it will be sandwiches.

I made cinnamon rolls with frosting for breakfast and then the guys wanted bacon cheeseburgers and bacon and cheese fries and I warmed up rice and veggies as well. Also made Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.

Friday I bought some Marketside Pizzas.  We made a medium supreme pizza for supper. Saturday I made porkchops and potatoes in the slow cooker.  

Today I brougt Sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles and hash browns home from McDonald's.  Don can have left overs tonite if he wants to eat.  I bought a Philly Steak and cheese calzone from work to eat at lunch.

Made Lasagne and homemade thick garlic bread with a side of Greek Olives and Artichoke Hearts. Corn Bread with Cream for Dessert.

Made cornbread and chili but they didn't want that so I ended up making burgers and fries and had lettuce, onions, cheese, tomatoes, ketchup and mayo setting out. The last of the chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Made my double loaded nachos with the meat mixture, nacho chips, green olives onions and lots of shredded Colby/Jack Cheese. Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for dessert.

Made breaded skinless chicken breasts and Jon and I had melted Provolone Cheese on ours. Made rice in chicken broth and also chicken gravy and peas and Brussel Sprouts for veggies. The rest of the yellow cupcakes for dessert.
