What's For Dinner in 2021

Saturday June 19th Rissa Came over.  We grilled T-Bone Steaks and my famous "Grilled Potatoes".  Made fresh asparagus cooked in Milk as well.

We have ordered out quite a bit.  Too Hot and I am too tired.

Made Papa Murphy's Pizza for dinner. Had to make two of them. Made sugar cookie sandwiches with butter creme frosting for dessert!

Had French Toast and Scrambled Eggs for breakfast, and for dinner I made some more garlic dip and got some chips and also made chicken soup with rotini and carrots and a bit of onion with crackers. Put together some home made trail mix for the guys tomorrow and so we had that for dessert.

We took J out for prime rib, baked potatoes and butter and salads. Also had some of their cheese garlic bread. My do ice cream later.

Made some white rice for Jon and I and potatoes for J and got a package of beef tips and gravy to go over them. Also made some salads. Pretty good. Had the stuff to make chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Swiss Melts that I loaded down with tomato, lettuce, two kinds of onions, ketchup and mayo with crinkle cut fries I baked. I also made root beer floats for dessert!

Sirloin steaks and baked potatoes with butter and salads. Apple crisp and whipped topping for dessert.

Going to make pasta, sauce, my meatballs and garlic bread. Probably mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

We ended up having pizzas and salads last night.

Tonight it looks like I am using up leftovers and making hot ham and cheese sandwiches on hard rolls with small salads and mini chocolate cupcakes with butter creme frosting.

Not sure yet. But we did have French Toast and scrambled eggs and orange juice for breakfast.

Made my garlic dip and had some chips for a snack and then made big Chef's Salads with some garlic bread because it is so hot. More of the pecan cookies for dessert.

Got some marbled rye and made patty melts with hamburger, Swiss Cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup and mayo with some skinny fries. I don't have a fryer so I baked them. Mini Chocolate cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Ordered a Super Deluxe XL Pizza from Rosa's on Thursday.  Made a small beef roast in crock pot with baby red potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery yesterday.  For lunch I doctored up an XL Papa Murphy's Pizza.  Been to hot to cook much or even feel like eating.

Got some shredded steak and plan on making Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches and fries. Will use up the buns and some of the veg. Picked up some Pecan finger cookies for dessert. Yummo.

I ended up making subs. I had some buns and ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and salad dressing. Also had some chips to use up and some mini cupcakes for dessert.

Made some Angel Hair Pasta with shrimp, fresh asparagus, diced tomatoes and butter sauce. Also baked some breadsticks and made salads. J made Sangria.I have never had it and I liked it! Butter cookies with sprinkles for dessert.

I made fried rice with veggies, crab meat in sauce, small salads and cherry jello with mandarin oranges for dessert.

I made leftover pasta, sauce and garlic bread. Lemon bars for dessert.

I was not going to cook but I made pasta, meat sauce, veal parmesan and garlic bread. Butter cookies with sprinkles for dessert.

So hot I made easy food. Hot ham and cheese on marbled rye with salads. Mini cupcakes for dessert.

After we got home from Gordy's funeral I made Mexican food to include frozen strawberry margaritas. Hard shell tacos and ground beef enchiladas. Also Spanish Rice and Refried Beans with cheese. Also side of lettuce, tomatoes and onions and sauce. Made a small batch of Tollhouse Bars for dessert.

Ham, turkey and bacon clubs with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo with fries. Mini cupcakes with butter frosting for dessert.

Ended up making Salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and brownies for dessert.

Made burgers with Swiss on dark rye bread. I loaded mine up with extra onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo. It was messy but good! Also made crinkle cut fries and rootbeer floats for dessert!

Forgot to pull something out of freezer, so made a sausage Tombstone Pizza and doctored it up with more mozz cheese and medium cheddar
