What's For Dinner in 2021

My foot was totally purple thursday morning.  Went to Urgent care after work yesterday.  They could not find anything but think blood vessels broke.  I am suppose to make an appointment with my podiatrist as soon as i could.  Don said to call when I was on my way home so he could start the grill.  That didn't happen.  He was still talking about grilling right up until he took his drunk butt to bed.  I ate the left over pizza from yesterday after he went to sleep

Thursday we went to Rosa's Pizza for lunch.  We had an extra large Pizza with extra cheese, sausage, and pepperoni

Egg, ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast on hard rolls and for company we made cheese curds from a kit, garlic cheese bread, homemade pizzas and salads. Ended up doing three different pizzas. One was just for Jon lol. Ending up doing a Ho Ho Torte for dessert. I couldn't find Ho Ho's so I had to use Little Debbies.

Made eggs, hash browns with onions, bacon and toast for lunch and egg salad sandwiches and chips for dinner with mini chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

I made my double layered loaded nachos. Also made sure there were sauces and peppers on the side. Small coconut creme pie for dessert.

Tonite I boiled and fried the brats that were suppose to be grilled yesterday.  Also had Bush's baked beans, and fritos

Monday ended up taking Don to ER.  We stopped at Wendy's and got 2 Jr Bacon Burgers.  They pretty much went straight threw us.

Leftovers for dinner. Chips, garlic dip, sliced pork, gravy, peas, hash from breakfast and sandwich fixings. The rest of the yellow mini cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Making meatballs, pasta and sauce with homemade garlic bread using garlic butter. Mini yellow cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Yesterday we were going to cook brats on the grill  Don copped an attitude, so I didn't feel like eating and he had to fend for himself.

I am making hamburgers tonite.  We are going to have Bush baked beans and an assortment of potato chips/fritos. Rest of Apple Pie with ice cream for dessert

Friday I made Tuna Helper Tetrazzini.  Don complained about no flavor/taste

Made egg salad and chips with my garlic dip for lunch and homemade pizzas for dessert. Mini cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Made burgers - some with cheese and mine without. Loaded mine up. Also skinny fries and Mini vanilla cupcakes with frosting. Also made my garlic dip so we could have a snack when J gets home.

Today we ordered 2 4pc chicken dinners from Gus'. When the girl on the phone said it would be $15.89, I asked her if that was the price for 2 4 pc chicken dinners and she confirmed it.  I could not figure out why it was so cheap and asked if it included the delivery charge.  Again she said it did.

When it got here, Don gave the driver a tip and we sat down to eat.  We only got 4 pieces of fried chicken.  I called and immediately asked for a manager.  I told her that we did not get what we ordered.  She offered to make the potatoes and bring out the applesauce and cole slaw.  I declined because we would be done eating by then.  She said that it was a little over $20 and I told her that it was $21.10, to be exact.  She realized we ordered this often.  I told her I was born in 1962 (When Gus' first opened) and was raised on Gus'.  She gave me a $6 store credit.  I thanked her and told her I had never complained to Gus' until recently and that this was only the second time.  She apologized and said that they had new staff (Duh! This is a college town and they only hire college kids).

I had bought an apple pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert but we decided on Frozen Ice Cream Sandwich Cookies.

Wednesday Don grilled 4 Beef Patties.  We ended up not eating because we really weren't that hungry.  When I got up in the morning, I was going to heat one up for breakfast, but Don raided the fridge during the night and ate ALL 4 BURGER PATTIES

Tuesday I made a Bellatora Sausage and Pepperoni Bread Crust Pizza and added Cheddar Cheese.  Ice Cream Sandwiches for dessert.

Monday, Don  grilled T-bone steaks while I made baked potatoes and cream corn.  Red, White, and Blue Sorbet for dessert.

Going to have rib eye steaks, baked potatoes and either cut off corn or salads. Chocolate chip cookie dough balls for dessert.

Made brat patties on buns, sweet corn and fries and finished the Greek Salad. Persians for dessert.

Going to make cheeseburgers with the fixings and steak fries. Mini frosted cupcakes for dessert.

Made soft shell tacos with all the fixings

Making a seasoned pork loin with mashed potatoes and gravy and peas. Persians for dessert.

We ate out. Had beef kabobs, rice, Greek veggies, grilled veggies, pita bread and dipping sauce. Also pecan custard turtles for dessert!

I was so exhausted at the end of the busy day I took out frozen breaded chicken patties and burgers and made them chicken patties on hard rolls with mayo and lettuce and pickles and made myself a hamburger and swiss on toasted bread and loaded mine up with about anything I could find. Also made some crinkle cut fries. Little cupcakes with frosting for dessert.
