Yesterday was another I am not cooking day.  He kept complaining, so I went to bed.  He called his cousin and she came out and took him to their house and brought him back late last night.

Today it was raining so we did not grill the extra thick pork chops.  I made them on the stove along with baked potatoes (again ~ seems that is all Don ever wants), Bush's pork and beans, and beef gravy.

Made Chicken Tikka and Rice Pilaf. Also made a second side of rice with tomatoes and onions with a bit of butter. Chocolate chip cookie dough bites for dessert.

Had to tenderize T-bones (I figured he would not ruin them because that is what he likes).  He cooked them well.  I still have A1 steak sauce to swallow them.  Also made baked potatoes and green beans

Finally got to use the new stove/oven. I made my easy peasy lasagne with cheese garlic bread and small salads. Mini chocolate cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Got tired of his majesty complaining about nothing to eat.  I told him he could eat his leftover pizza and potatoes.  He said there was no pizza, only potatoes, and when he showed me, there were 4 pieces. I suggested artisan chicken and broccoli with orzo pasta and cheese.  He finally said yes,.  He took a couple bites and said he was full. Yes, he is in tit baby mode again tonite.  I offered to make steak.

Didn't make supper again tonite.  Don was being a jerk.  I ate some leftover baby carrots and potatoes with gravy.  Don decided to order Gus' Monday nite special Large pizza $5,99 plus toppings additional.  He ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of potatoes.  I refused to get up and eat it.  He should have enough leftover to eat tomorrow for supper.  I refuse to eat it.  I got up a little bit ago and had cottage cheese and a spoonful of the apple cobbler.

I didn't make supper tonite.  I laid down about 330 and did not wake up until almost 10pm.  Looks like Don ate 3/4 of the apple cobbler I made.  I finished off the container of potato salad and a small amount of the apple cobbler.

My stove is now hooked up so I can start cooking. We had brat patties on buns, fries and also made potato salad. Chocolate chip cookie dough balls. Jon loves them.

Yesterday morning, I made home made biscuits and gravy.  Had to run to store at 630am when I realized I did not have enough milk and there was a box of kleenex sitting on the edge of the bathtub, so also had to pick up toilet paper.  Since I was at the store, I also picked up real butter for the sausage gravy.

For supper, neither of us was hungry cuz we had our fill of beer after the car accident.  I made a Bellatora Supreme Self Rising Pizza.

Made Great Value Artisan Beef Pasta dinner from a box.  It was EXCEPTIONAL   Was hoping to make a dessert before Don was done helping pull out a pier at Lake Lorraine.  Took off work early to do so and found out he was already done and wanting to be picked up.  Oh Well, no dessert other than he at some of his Little Debbie Snacks.

Hoping the storm lets up so I can cook. Plan on making linguine, meat sauce with topping of grated cheese and the rest of the pasta salad. Mini frosted cupcakes for dessert.

I made Sloppy Joes and tator tots last night.  No clue what for tonite.  I said leftovers and he started grumping about not eating that tough roast.  Maybe he should have gone through with his teeth over a year ago and actually have some teeth to chew with

Tonite I tossed to chicken leg quarters in crock pot with potatoes and chicken gravy.  They turned out good.  Also had left over carrots and celery.  Don at the left over sliced beets.  I also had some Amish potato salad that we purchased at Woodman's.

Last night, his royal Butt head was in Prime Shape.  He decided to  be a jerk and OVERCOOK the New York Strip Steaks.  I was waiting for him to start the grill before I tenderized and seasoned them.  It took him more than another 45 minutes to get the grill going and said he was making them WELL DONE (YUCK!!)  They were drier than popcorn.  I even had the asparagus in milk done before he got moving.  I actually had to add steak sauce to it to taste edible.

Made a pork butt roast last night in slow cooker with onions, carrots, and celery.  Of course Butt Head didn't want to eat.  I stayed up until 1130pm and as i was going to bed, I told him he could get up and eat now.

He is a big baby!

I made French Onion Soup in my cooker and made sandwiches we cut in half on the flat top. I used several kinds of lunch meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Italian Dressing. It went over well. Before we came home we stopped for custard.
