What's For Dinner in 2021

I actually got up and made BREAKFAST!!!  Don thought I was going to make biscuits and gravy.  That is for Saturday.  Too much going on this morning.

I made scrambled eggs, fried diced potatoes, and pork sausage patties.

Don was being a Butt Head last night.  I finally went to town to pick up a 12 pack of St Pauli Girl and then decided to stop at Culvers.  I got 2 orders of fries, 1 order of onion rings, a Double Deluxe for me and a Double Cheese with no pickle for Don.  He said he wouldn't eat it.  I went to bed earlier than I wanted because I knew once I went to bed, he would get up and eat it.  Yep!  He opened my door and turned light on and off right away to see if I was "sleeping", went to the restroom and ate the food.  He is such a child sometimes

Made beef smoked ring bologna and mashed potatoes last night

Hoping to make pounded and breaded pork cutlets with German Salted Potatoes and the leftover corn I cut off. Chocolate cupcakes for dessert.

Cooking the rest of the corn and making soft shell tacos with the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Got the guys some beer and having chocolate chip cookie dough bites for dessert.

"Feisty Burgers", baked potatoes, and mixed veggies.  Neapolitan Ice Cream for dessert

Not sure what we will have. Hoping to use up leftovers.

J didn't want to have the pork cutlets I was going to make so it is going to be Cheeseburgers and fries. The rest of the persians for dessert.

Don made grilled T-Bone steaks on the grill and cheddar brats (for tomorrow).  we also had baked potatoes and home made Ranch Pasta Salad.  I cut up a muskmelon for dessert but we were too full to have any.  Maybe we'll snack on it later

Made pasta and meat sauce with black olives and onions, and had chianti for the guys. Persians for dessert.

Did eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns with onions and dried fruit for breakfast. Planning on cheeseburgers and fries for dinner with creme horns for dessert.

Had to get creative but we had hard shell tacos, ground beef enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish Rice and cut up veg. Also got some taco chips and salsa. Made strawberry smoothies for dessert. Jon loved them.

At Don's  request, I thawed ut the rotisserie chick in the freezer and made instant mashed potatoes, now he won't eat because he "didn't want that".  I also made scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes for a mid day meal

I have no water in my kitchen today and they took the stove out so I sent the guys in town for pizzas, cheese curds, fries and garlic bread.

I made hamburgers with the trimmings, Bush's Baked Beans, and baked potatoes

Made my beef noodle casserole and a side of peas. I could make it in my counter top fry pan. Creme Horns for dessert.

For Lunch today, I made Boneless Round Steak with sautéed green peppers and onion slices, sliced beets, and baked red potatoes.  Muskmelon for dessert

Last night we had (you guessed it) Large cheese, pepperoni, and sausage pizza and broasted potatoes from Gus' Pizza Palace and muskmelon for dessert

This past week we had Beef Roast with mashed potatoes, spinach, and cottage cheese.  Italian marinated pork loin, asparagus, cottage cheese and potatoes cooked with the pork. On Cor salisbury steaks with mashed potatoes, gravy, and fresh cut green and yellow beans.

Planning on making brats and more sweet corn. Creme horns for dessert.

Hoping for grilled steaks, sweet corn and sliced tomatoes. Not sure what to make for dessert.

Made brat patties on buns, fries and Persians for dessert.

Warmed up some meat and veggie soup and had butter pecan ice cream for dessert.

Needed a real meal. We went out for Chinese. It was great. Glass noodles, bacon wrapped crab meat, Crab meat casserole, egg drop soup, steamed veggies and little cakes.

Still no stove so the same dinner we had last time.
