What's For Dinner in 2021

Had a prime rib roast with garlic mashed potatoes and I made a big salad. Chocolate chip cookies balls for dessert.

Ended up making a tray of sandwiches to use up bacon, turkey and ham into mini club sandwiches. I also had some Sun Chips, made a pasta salad and some chocolate chip cookies.

Planning on making cheeseburgers and fries. The rest of the Black Forest Cake for dessert.

Going to make Chicken Tikka with Rice Pilaf with veggies. Black Forest Cake for dessert.

We had huge rib eye steaks, salads and I made brussel sprouts with pine nuts as well. Persians I got in Milwaukee yesterday.

I was lazy last night.  Was going to finish making my chicken soup but decided to make an On-Cor frozen dish.  I made Chicken Parmigiana with baked potatoes.

e  have been ordering from Gus' (and our parents since 1964 when it opened).  We have only complained three times (2 for chicken and one for Pizza) in the last 2 months.  They are pressed for good employees because no one wants to work any more.

I made grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch and for supper I made tator tot casserole and Butternut squash

Wow, Dawn. I would find someplace else to order from.

Made hot ham and cheese on dark rye bread and on mine I put onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Made the guys fries and I made French Onion soup and melted cheese on top. Black Forest Cake for dessert.

Monday we ordered Gus' Large Pizza with extra cheese, sausage and Pepperoni.  Used 6 house credit for when they forgot the potatoes, cole slaw, and applesauce for our 4 peice Chicken dinners.

Tuesday We had hamburger helper

Tonite we ordered 2 4 pc chicken dinners and I said to be sure they do not forget the potatoes, coleslaw, and applesauce ~ You guessed it, We only got 2 4 pc broasted chicken.  Don Caught the driver.  She called and they offered to bring the stuff out in 20 minutes.  Don said no cuz he wanted to eat now and the chicken would be cold by then.  This time we got a $10 credit.

Going to make beef kabobs with pineapple, onions, and peppers with rice pilaf and some white rice for me. chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting for dessert.

Did not make anything last night.  Don was in one of those moods.  I suggest stuff for about an hour and then say I am not making anything and then he gets pissy.  I ate some of the Apple Crisp I made.

Made pasta, meat sauce, Italian Sausages, Cheese garlic bread and got some chianti for the guys. Also got a Black forest cake as a treat for J.

I was going to make a big dinner tonight but the guys decided to eat at Mc Donald's and not tell me. So, I ended up making a huge Chef Salad and had a side of Cheese Curds because today was Cheese Curd Day!

I am making a chicken veggie stew with leftovers.

I made a whole seasoned stuffed chicken with baked red potatoes and mixed veggies.  The way I feel, I might make home made chicken soup with the leftover chicken.

I made fried eggs, toast, home made hash browns, sausages and coffee

J made fillet mignon but I had my steak with butter. I also did not have the gravy and red potatoes. I wanted a salad but ended up with tomatoes with a dressing. Chocolate chip cookie dough balls for dessert.

Don actually made supper tonite.  He made Beef Ring Bologna, baked potatoes in Microwave, and canned beets

Had French Toast, Scrambled Eggs and American Fries for breakfast and tried to be healthy for dinner. I made us big Chef's Salads.Got some plain frosted Persians for dessert.

Yesterday I made a Roma Self Rising 3 meat pizza and added shredded cheddar cheese

Tonite I made a crock pot dinner of Seasoned Chicken thighs, cabbage, red potatoes, baby carrots and zucchini portions with a chicken broth base

Breakfast for dinner today. Eggs, bacon, hash browns with onions and toast and juice!

Made beef enchiladas. Pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert.

Made the guys cornbread and chili topped with onions and grated cheese and egg salad for me. Chocolate chip cookie dough balls for dessert.

Made pasta with chicken and lemon and capers and crushed garlic. Also cut up tomatoes. For dessert we had mini chocolate cupcakes with butter frosting.

I made Marie Callendar's chicken pot pies for lunch today.

Don and I each had 2 breakfast burritos from McDonald's this morning, while we did laundry at the laundry mat and shared a large Sprite.

Right now, Don went to bed and I am making an Apple Pie.  I did cheat though.  Using Pillsbury Premade pie crusts and 2 cans of Apple Pie Filling.

Tuesday night we had soft shell tacos.
