I had a Southwestern Style Salad with Chicken and Chipote Ranch with cottage cheese for lunch at work.

Last night's dinner was a flop.  I think I put in too many noodles and not enough other stuff.  I made a creamy swiss cheese sauce with turkey, veggies, and penne pasta.

Dinner was pounded and breaded pork cutlets with gravy, German potatoes with salt, onions and pancetta and a side of peas. At the market today we got some pastry twists with frosting and shaved almonds. Had those for dessert. So yummy.

Don decided to make breakfast of ham steaks, toast, and eggs about 2am ~ not for me I was trying to sleep

I bought a Southwest Style Salad with chicken and chipolte ranch dressing.  I also bought a small container of cottage cheese to put in it because you never get enough salad dressing.  Not sure what I am going to make out of leftovers tonite.

Nothing.  Don decided at a little before 2am to make eggs, toast, and Ham Steaks.  He woke me asking what happened to them and then found the ham steaks and then woke me up again to see if I wanted to eat with them.  Not much sleep last night.

Made Turkey and home made bread stuffing.  Don finally ate after he got home, after making as much noise as he could with the dishes, etc because I was in bed trying to sleep

Don better eat tonite.  I browned on a Sirloin Tip Roast and put it in the crock pot on a bed of baby carrots.  I bought 2 large potatoes to make baked potatoes with sour cream and butter.  I also bought fresh Asparagus that I cut up (I have that soaking in water so it doesn't dry out) and will cook it in whole milk.  I also peeled corn on the cob and bought some mustard potato salad.

I had a chicken sandwich and large curly fries and Don got 2 Classic Roast Beef with cheese and large curly fries from Arby's last night.

I guess Don didn't really want the sloppy joes I made because I asked if he wanted tots or fries.  He said tots but not right now.

I made breaded chicken tenders, boiled potatoes and canned chicken gravy.  I also made mixed vegetables after Don refused to go downstairs to get a veggie.  I had to go and brought a couple things up.  He has copped an attitude because I asked him why I have to do everything and he can't help me.  He went to bed. I will wait for stuff to cool down and go to bed as well.  330am come quick.  I lost my appetite.

I made English Muffin Breakfast sandwiches this morning.  For Lunch Don bought us Super Burger Deluxes from Jessica's.  It is a burger with 2 patties weighing 1/3 lb each and double cheese with lettuce, pickle, tomato and onion slice.  It included the soup of the day which was Chicken Dumpling and a large order of fries.  I will be taking half of my sandwich to work tomorrow

I told Don leftover Pork Chops or Tacos.  He said Tacos and decided not to eat because I did not set everything out for him.  All he had to do was get what he wanted out of fridge.  I already had onions, tomatoes, and lettuce chopped.  Meat was already cooked just had to heat in micro.  Salsa and flour tortillas were in fridge as well as shredded cheddar.   I ate half of a cold boneless chop.

I made diced potatoes and carrots with pork chops in slow cooker.  Don decided he wanted to eat at McDonald's instead so he had double quarter pounder with cheese and med. fries.  I just had a cheeseburger and med. fries.  had a hard time eating my food because I really wasn't hungry
