I made breaded Ranch Chicken Tenders, mashed potatoes, and corn for lunch.  I also made Italian seasoned breaded thick pork chops, so Don would have something for supper and leftovers for tomorrow.  I had pork chops, fried potatoes, and California blend veggies for lunch at work

I made a cheese omelet for breakfast and had a salad for lunch at work.  I made a stroganoff hamburger helper for Don to eat at lunch and he ate the other hamburger I had in the fridge for supper with some potato chips.

I decided to grill out yesterday.  I made my last New York Strip steak, cheese filled smoked sausages, and home made brats.  I ate the steak and a couple brats for supper.  I had Campbell ChunKy Corn Chowder for a snack

I was so busy today, didn't eat (except some fruit snacks) until lunch at work.  That was turkey, mashed potatoes, and veggies.

Right now I am saute'ing chopped red and yellow sweet peppers and frozen hash brown potatoes.  I will add scrambled eggs into it when they are done.

Tried something new...Canelloni filled with spicy sausage and marinara sauce. Topped with mozzarella cheese and basil and baked. Also had a starter plate with breadsticks, small toasts, basil, sun dried tomatoes, Proscuito, buffalo mozzarella, and salami. Sheena sent us 1/3 of a Boston Crème Kringle so we had that for dessert!

That was J's mom and she came from Milwaukee.

We had fillets, hand cut chips and a salad made with clover, basil and small cherry tomatoes with a lemon dressing on it. Simple and so good! Graham cracker, white chocolate and caramel bars for dessert.

I am guessing having fowl is a taboo for a New Years Day meal in England?

For lunch I made mashed potatoes and poured ALOT of salsa on the meatloaf Padre made.  For lunch at work I had a Hawaiian Roll, Normandy veggies, mashed potatoes and stuffing, and turkey.

Cannot have fowl as it scratches the ground so we had Ribeye Steaks, Grilled Toast and Salads. Apple tartlets for dessert.
