Really have not been eating much lately. Yesterday Don and I had 2 cheese burgers each from McDonalds for lunch. The day before that We bought Arby's. I don't even feel like eating right now. No idea what if anything will be made tonite.

Fried up the leftover pork fried rice and the beef fried rice for lunch and warmed up the spring rolls.

For dinner I made a stromboli for J and I and a pizza for Jon.

Last night Don ordered 2 Italian Beef dinners, again. I have lots of food that should have been cooked already.

Made cinnamon rolls and coffee for breakfast, brats and potato salad for J for lunch and egg salad sandwiches for Jon and I and hard and soft shell tacos for dinner with chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

The guys had grilled hot dogs so I am planning on making beef stir fry with noodles and veggies but do not know when now. Also have more chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Seasoned Bone in Pork chops, left over oven grilled potatoes and have not decided on the rest yet. Waiting to see if Don is actually going to eat today

For lunch I warmed up the beef fried rice, the pork fried rice and the egg rolls and sauce.

For dinner we had rib eye steaks, steak fries and salads. Made a small pan of brownies with chocolate frosting and cut them into cubes.

Made a new dish tonight! Beef fried rice! It was awesome! I made J pork fried rice and Jon had some of both. Also did some spring rolls. Made two dozen chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

If you get that "urge" Gina, make grilled cheese sandwiches or serve hot dogs. They will not die without desert or something fancy for a meal. *LOL*

I was tempted but I did want to feed Jon. I made them Chicken Tikka and Rice Pilaf with Nan Bread. I had white rice with vegetables. Frosted brownies with crushed walnuts on top for dessert.

Made egg salad sandwiches for lunch and used up leftovers for dinner. I had German salt potatoes with pancetta and onions, little sausages, bread and made eggs to go with it. Now J wants popcorn.

Yesterday I ordered 2 chicken dinners from Gus's and a med pepperoni and a med sausage pizza. Don decided to go visit Bigsy. Said he needed "some cream of mushroom soup". I guess he is babysitting a relative's kid because his wife is in the hospital.

I didn't eat dinner but made it. Too much grease! Made the guys wings with Hooters sauce I ordered and steak fries. What a mess. Also had mini tartlets for them.
