I made the guys sandwiches with hoagie rolls, meatballs cut in half, sauce, banana peppers and cheese and put them under the broiler. They loved them. I made egg salad for me. Raspberries and the rest of the whipped topping for dessert.

I made the guys leftover pasta, sauce, meatballs and garlic toast and I had pasta with warmed up pesto and sprinkled cheese with olives on the side. It was really good! Pecan pie slices for dessert.

Yesterday I took leftover spaghetti and topped it with mozzarella and cheddar.  Don ordered from Jessica's this morning.  I had the Hobo Skillet with wheat toast and he had the Meat Eaters skillet with white toast

Instead of pizzas, made sausage patty sandwiches on seeded hogie rolls with melted cheese, pizza sauce, marinated peppers, diced onions and garlic powder. They each had two! The rest of the peanut butter cookies for dessert.

Today, I made myself a corned beef sandwich for lunch and lots of beer.  Looks like Don had the rest of the scallop potatoes and Ham and then ordered out for Gus'.

Sunday was Burger King Texas Double Burgers for lunch and Italian Beef Sandwich meals from Rosa's for Supper.

Made homemade pizza for Jon and a Calzone for us. I could not get Italian sausage so I used ground beef and used some extra seasonings like garlic, Italian seasoning and Oregano. Jon's pizza had the meat, pepperoni, onions and green olives and our calzone had meat, ham, black olives and onions. So good. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Yesterday, I spent all morning making a huge batch of scallop potatoes and Ham and a small one for Padre.  Don called just before I was about to take a nap and wanted me to make some baked pork chops.  I cut up potatoes and put them in the bottom of a crock pot then added baby carrots.  Then I browned the pork chops (so big had to do one at a time and did 4) and put them in with a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer over all and set it on high.
