Whats for Dinner today? 2019

Yesterday was BLT's for lunch and leftovers for supper

Went to Krystals for sliders and fries. Crème horns for dessert.

yesterday I made breaded boneless chicken breasts, baked potatoes, and corn

We got to use a kitchen! Cooked dinner for friends at their house. Ribeye Steaks, Fries, Big Salads, Home Made Potato Chips and Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies for Dessert. Great to relax a bit.

Made breaded Pork Lion Chops, green beans, and baked potatoes.  Oatmeal raison cookies for dessert.  Sure was nice to be able to eat 

Went out for steak and grilled shrimp but after two tries they could not get our steaks even close. So it was shrimp, salads and curly fries. Crème Horns for dessert.

I made half pound burgers and steak fries ~ had a heck of a time eatting that burger with this "balloon" in my nose ~ had to cut it into smaller pieces LOL

Hard Shell Tacos, Beef Enchiladas, Refried Beans and Spanish Rice with Side Plates of Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese and Guacamole with Cheese and Taco Chips with Salsa. Nice to have a real dinner. Mini Brownies for dessert.

Not sure what we will do for dinner. Noone felt like eating today.

Don grilled out ~ pork steaks and boneless chicken breasts  I cooked green beans and baked potatoes,  Made a plate for Padre and took iy over.  Don decided he really didnt feel like eating and neither did I

have not been in the mood for cooking since the passing of my grand daughter ~ Padre bought us 3pc Cod dinners with french fries and Beef noodle soup for lunch.  I ordered a 16 pc chicken and 6 orders of potato wedges (so I would have left overs) for a late nite meal.

You will have to grow your own tomatoes, use whatever good bacon you can find there and buy uncut bread and cut it into thicker slices and I am sure you will be able to find lettuce there or you will need to start your own leaf lettuce.  You can grow the leaf lettuce and tomatoes in your home if need be.  If they don't have mayo there, I can gie you an excellent recipe to make your own.

I pulled out my pressure cooker.  I put potatoes, celery, and seasoned Pork Tenderlion roll in.  About 1 1/2 hours before it was done, I sliced a bunch of green peppers and put them in the pot as well.

Tried something a little different. Pasta, Shrimp and a Tomato and Basil Sauce and Salads. Too full for dessert!

We have a Culver's! Just when we move...I had a Swiss Patty Melt Fries and their root beer with a Pecan Turtle Sundae.

Don bought 12" subs from Subway.  He had Roast Beef on Wheat and I had oven roasted chicken on Itallian herb and cheese

Today I made Swiss Cheese Burgers, home made french fries, oatmeal raison cookies and cupcakes

I made baked a seasoned Pork roast with potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery in the same pan.

Yesterday I made baked chicken breasts, carrots, baked potatoes, and assorted sweets

Cheddar Cheese Smoked Sausages, Beef Hot Dogs, Cheesy tortilla chips, sliced cukes and green peppers, and all the fixings for the sausages and dogs

Trying to use up stuff in the fridge. Made schwerma meat on pita bread with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and Onions with sauce. Also Caesar Salads. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I made 1/2# burgers with all the fixings, seasoned tator tots, and Italian Veggie Pasta Salad
