Whats for Dinner today? 2019

Oh,man, Culvers! I do miss them. I was going to make a huge dinner but we were all worn out so I had the stuff and made homemade pizzas. Caramel Chocolate Shortbread bites for dessert.

Bummer on the Popcorn

I had Emma today, so she wanted to go to culver's.  She ordered a chicken strip kids meal with soda and French fries and wanted an order of cheese curds.  

I had the crispy chicken sandwich, French fries, and a large diet Pepsi

The popcorn would just burn. With all my dental work I am not supposed to have it but I do crave it.

going to make my cheeseburgers and fries for dinner. Have the rest of the mini frosted chocolate brownies for dessert.

Sorry you can't do microwave Popcorn.  Is it possible to leave it in the Micro for a little longer?  I am using the one that Don got from someone and it takes longer to do a lot of things.  I am on a popcorn kick again.

I totally forgot to eat today or even make a lunch for work.  I ended up eating (yes) popcorn for lunch at work.  I was ready to go to bed and realized my tummy saying feed me feed me, so I made a lettuce salad with fresh diced tomatoes, fresh cut cucumbers and Ranch Dressing.

I miss microwave popcorn. None of the UK microwaves have the wattage to do it. Tonight we had grilled fillets, grilled toast and salads. Mini frosted brownies for dessert.

I made Pork egg rolls and Buffalo Style Chicken Avocado Egg Rolls.  Right now I am eating a bag of Butter Lover's Microwave Popcorn

Home made stir fry. Cut up cubes of beef, noodles, broccoli, carrots, onions, kale and Japanese Cabbage. I fried it in a skillet with oil and add soy sauce. J adds Chili Sauce to his. The rest of the walnut brownies for dessert.

Shrimp with pasta and marinara sauce. Also an antipasta board with green olives, buffalo mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomatoes, proscuito, salami, breadsticks and small cut up greens with olive oil. Walnut brownies for dessert.

I made a Honey Ham and cheese quesadilla for lunch.  I had popcorn for lunch at work and stopped at McDonald's after work.  They don't make fish sandwiches, so I got 2 large fries and a Big Mac (far from my favorite).  I ate one of the fries and barely started on the other and decided it was stupid to go to McDonald's and order if they didn't have the fish sandwich  Beer isn't even appealing right now

Made soft shell tacos. Laid out a bar with the meat, tortillas, grated cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and two kinds of hot sauce. J had Corona and we had walnut brownies for dessert.

I had a huge dinner planned but J wanted homemade pizzas so I made pizzas. Had sauce, cheese, sausage, ham, pepperoni, black olives and onions. Also had made a pan of walnut brownies.

Leftover ham, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. Vienetta Ice Cream for Dessert.

I had a pork sausage patty sandwich with lettuce, mayo, baby swiss and BBQ and a couple of BBQ meatbsll for lunch and a couple of munchkin pickles.  No idea what I will do tonite but working 730p until midnight tonite, so will figure it out later.

Gina next time use one of their favorite spagetti sauces instead of the tomato sauce and maybe some dried or fresh oregano.  dried will give more flavor with a smaller amount

I tried something new and the guys didn't like it so I shall have to tweak it a bit. Made skillet meal with lasagna noodles broken, tomato sauce, hamburger, basil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and parsley and topped it with some grated mozzarella cheese and Parmesan Cheese along with buttered and seasoned garlic bread. Apple tartlets for dessert.

Right now I am making a Knorr One Skillet Meal Starter called Southwestern Chicken, Brown Rice, and Quinoa seasoned with smoked chipotle and lime flavor.  I added one large thinly sliced green pepper, sliced scallions, and whole kernal corn

for lunch I had 2 pork patty sandwiches with cheese and lettuce on cottage bread.  For supper at work I had chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and artichokes

I made ham, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn with side salads. The rest of the mini chocolate frosted brownies for dessert.

For lunch I made 2 frozen Bean and Red Chili burritos and garnished them with shredded colby jack cheese, salsa, and slice scallions.  For supper at work I had a thin sliced rotisserie chicken lunch meat, mayo, lettuce, medium cheddar and muenster cheese on Cottage Bread

Made Greek Salads and Cheese Garlic Bread in the shape of a pizza. Mini Chocolate Brownies for dessert.

I really didn't eat anything except a slice of muenster cheese and a couple thin slices of chicken lunch meat

I made Chef's Salads a while ago and J and Jon want pizzas now so more cooking. The rest of the Petit Fours for dessert.

I really didn't eat supper last nite.  I ate half a bag of crunchy cheetos and a couple pieces of honey ham slices and muenster cheese slices

Sounds good! We had grilled sirloins, tripped baked chips and salads with little white rolls and butter. Petit Fours for dessert.
