What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2018

I fried up burgers and made homemade hash browns (but not realy turned out right but still good).  I had 2 burgers with butter and cheese on maple french toast flavored English Muffins.

Grilled Steaks (Marinated in teriyaki sauce), Rice, Salads, and Steamed Veggies. (Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage and Yellow Squash) with Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.

Homemade Pizza for dessert. I also made turtle pecan bars for dessert.

Yesterday I ended up making a couple of scrambled egg burritos with sauted onions and celery with salsa.

Today I made Spaghetti and garlic bread.  I also made a Banquet Creations dinner in a box ~ Creamy Chicken, gravy, and mashed potatoes and added a can of mixed veggies.  It would probably taste better if I made it from scratch.  I also made and frosted a White cake for dessert.

Yesterday I just made a couple of cotto salami sandwiches with sliced cukes ~ Tuesday we had a pot luck at work and we had Tacos, home made corn tortillas, all the fixings, soda, Doritos, and Spanish rice.  Making Corn on the Cob for the kids and they will probably have Pizza and Ramens.  I really don't feel like eating, so we will see what I decide

I made Greek Salads. Lettuce, Purple Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, Chick Peas, Feta Cheese and Salami Slices. Greek Dressing on the side. Chocolate cake with butter cream frosting for dessert.

Sweet Corn, (I cut the leftovers off the cob for later), Fries and homemade fried chicken! The rest of the fudge for dessert.

Steaks, Salads, Rice and Steamed Cabbage, Broccoli and Cauliflower. Pistachio Cake with Whipped Cream frosting for dessert.

I ended up making homemade pizzas because no one wanted steak. My husband got me fudge so we had that for dessert!

I am planning on doing grilled steaks, and maybe dirty rice and salads. lol If my husband ever gets up from his nap. The rest of the lemon bars for dessert.

Beef Kabobs, Saffron Rice and Salad with Purple Onions, Diced Cucumbers and Tomatoes. Frosting stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies for Dessert.

Meat Rolls (dough stuffed with cheese, sauce, pepperoni, sausage, onions and ham) with marinara sauce and lemon bars for dessert.

Soft Shell Tacos. I loaded them up with the meat,cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, scallions and cheese. Frosting stuffed chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Made Chef Salads with all the leftover stuff. Cheesecake brownies for dessert.

Home made pizzas. Different toppings and a larger one for my son of course. Also salads and small yellow frosted cupcakes for dessert.

Yesterday, my IPC testing took so long, I was in time for 1st shift Employee Appreciation, so I made myself 2 FRESH MADE! pulled pork sandwiches, a huge serving of macaroni salad, and a mini cinnamon roll.

Before I went to work I ate a cold venison burger patty with some cold left over chili on it.

At work I had 2 very sry and yucky pulled pork sandwiches and a mini cinnamon roll.

This morning, I grabbed 2 mini cinnamon rolls before I left work (weren't very many left).  After I got home and did my morning chores for the animals, I made myself 2 pork sausage patties, 4 scrambled eggs with sauted onions, fried potatoes and only ONE cup of coffee with vanilla coffee creamer (I should mention that I made coffee in Rissa's 5 cup pot and it all fit in my coffee cup).  I never said how big it would be *LOL*  and decided to eat it outsider and watch the birds eat the bread and seeds I just put in the feeder.

We are going to have leftover brats, corn that I cut off the cob and coleslaw. The rest of the turtle pecan bars for dessert.

I grilled Hamburgers and Venison Burgers.  Tonite is the employee appreciation meal we are having pulled pork
