Made an egg, ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. For dinner J made beer battered fish. I made them steak fries and we had to have buttered Rye Bread with Malt Vinegar Sauce. I could not think of more grease. I made some Dinty Moore Beef Stew with rice and cut up onions. Looks like J is making himself a caramel sundae.

Today is national pizza day so I decided to make a Jack's frozen deluxe pizza.  Topped it with mozzarella.  Don said he did not want any, but he is snitching.  I have been eating the crust pieces and making smalleer "center pieces" because he can't eat that because of the way his mouth was rebulit from Cancer.  I am also cooking Beef Kielbasa with leftover potatoes and leftover butternut squash.

Made Jon and I egg, ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch. J had a full on meal with sausage patties, eggs and toast and coffee. Jon got some of the hot pockets to try.

For dinner I am warming up my leftover baked potato and steak and making a small salad. J is making Hooter's breaded shrimp and chicken with sauce and I am making them some Arby's Curly Fries. Too much grease for me. Pecan Sandies cookies for dessert.

We are grilling out for Don's 61st birthday, today.  He is grilling Johnsonville Jalepeno and Cheddar Brats, Johnsonville Bedder with Cheddar Smoked Sausages, and cheeseburgers.  Also making my famous grilled potatoes and butternut squash.  Of course the Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer will be flowing and so will the jar of Moonshine he got for his birthday.

I made Ham and Cheese Hot Pockets. Don took 2 bites and that was it. I smothered mine in Ranch Dressing. I also had leftover potatoes from yesterday. Looks like Don was "snacking" on some of the left over chicken from yesterday.

For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo with chips. The guys had frozen Wal Mart burgers on buns with chips. For dinner I made my easy peasy lasagna with garlic bread (one with cheese and one with none) and also an olive plate and some chianti for the guys. J wanted Dairy Queen for dessert.

Today I made Seasoned baked chicken leg quarters and Quick style scallop potatoes (used cream of chicken soup).  i also defrosted 2 bags of the too thick barley soup and made it into a more pliable and flavorful soup.  I had the soup and some potatoes.  Don had a thigh and some potatoes

For dinner J grilled boneless skinless chicken breast with a marinade and cheese. We also had linguine, garlic bread, waffle fries and salads. We also had some little heart shaped cakes for dessert. I only had a bit of pasta, one piece of chicken and some diced up tomatoes.

I can not even describe what I am having.  Cleaned out fridge and consolidated a bunch of stuff.  Toss a bunch of odds and ends together and there you go.

No idea what Don is going to eat.   He is on his own today

I had Lemon Dill Chicken Barley Stew for lunch. I think I put too much barley in and of course the last time everything was cut super small so Don could eat it. Still tastes good just super thick this time around

We went to Pizza Hut for dinner. Their buffet is back. We got a military discount. It was so good. Salad bar, like ten pizzas, chicken pasta, bread sticks and cinnasticks. Plus drinks.

Don will probably have lasagne

I made 3 MEAT Totino Egg rolls.  I also made myself a lettuce salad with ranch.  Don did eat some egg rolls but I am sure he will decide to heat up something later because egg rolls really was not what he wanted
