What's For Dinner in 2021

We had Fried Rice, Won Tons, Spring Rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Bacon Wrapped Crab Meat. The spring rolls and the chicken were frozen meals. Made a small batch of the Wedding Cake Pecan cookies for dessert.

I made leftover turkey, pasta, gravy, stuffing, corn and peas. Butter Pecan Ice Cream for dessert.

Last night I made Spagetti and beef meatballs with Texas Garlic toast.  Had to have Don stop to pick up spagetti sauce (didn't realize I ran out) and then had to call him at the store because I could not find any Texas Garlic Toast in the freezer.  When he got home he looked in freezer because he thought he has seen some.  He didn't find any either

Plan on making the guys red beans and rice with Anduie Sausage. I am thinking of making a small breakfast steak and maybe a salad and toast or mac and cheese. Need to use up some sugar cookie dough so Jon wants cookies for dessert.

Made turkey, gravy and noodles with sides of peas and squash. Made some sugar cookies with frosting and sprinkles for dessert.

Sounds good Dawn! After the late lunch I just made turkey sandwiches and chips and dip for the guys. Big chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

With No Don for supper, I made instant rice.  I sautéed some chopped onion, sliced radish, halved and sliced baby carrots, and added chopped up turkey.  I mixed it in with the rice and added a couple handsful of shredded cheddar cheese.  I put them on warm flour tortillas with sour cream and salsa.  Not bad for not knowing what I was doing or how it would turn out

Going to make Fried Chicken, oven fries and small salads. Big chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Last night Don ordered from Rosa's a large pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese.  I almost had a heart attack.  It was $19.99 (including delivery).  Guess I better look up their specialty pizzas.

Made rib eye steaks, steak fries and big salads. Pumpkin pie for dessert.

Last night, I made pork steaks.  I am the only one that ate.  Looks like Rissa was at Taco Bell last night while in Janesville with a friend of hers.

Making a 16 pound turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, squash, corn, dinner rolls and gravy. Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream for dessert.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!  I made a 15# turkey with dressing, mashed potatoes, Ranch Pasta Salad, Broccoli and Cauliflower salad, deviled eggs,  and probably creamed corn and jellied cranberry sauce

I called Don to see if he wanted me to pick up Italian Beef sandwiches at Rosa's since I was in town and save the delivery charge.  He said yes.  Guess who didn't eat his sandwich.  I ate mine last night though.

Going to make dirty rice casserole with a side of cut up tomatoes and crackers and hot sauce. For dessert I tried a thing. Made some shell cookies and stuffed them with a custard pudding.

I offered many suggestions.  Don finally thought boneless chicken thighs and baked potatoes was a good idea.  Now he says he is not eating.  What a jerk

Funny, I made sloppy joes tonight! Also my garlic dip and chips. Mini yellow frosted cupcakes for dessert.

I made hamburgers, tator tots, and green beans on Sunday night.

Tonite I made sloppy joes.  Don ate 2 and wondered why I didn't eat much.  I really don't like sloppy joes but knows he does and as long as I kept my mouth shut, he would eat.

Going to make Chicken Picatta with linguine and salads. Made rolls with frosting and crushed peanuts for dessert.

Made cinnamon rolls for breakfast,egg salad sandwiches for lunch with chips and rib eye steaks, garlic mashed potatoes and huge salads for dinner with chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Tonite I made thick T-Bone steaks, sliced beets, spinach, baked potatoes and gravy, and crescent rolls

Last night I ordered Gus' 4 pc Chicken dinner and WE GOT ALL OF IT!!!!  The driver went to the wrong trailer, but we told him we were in the green trailer and a White Cadillac in the driveway.  He saw the Cadillac

Decided on big burgers and loaded them up. Also fries. Chocolate chop cookie balls for dessert.

Tonight I plan on making my homemade meatballs, pasta, sauce and cheese garlic bread. Cookie dough balls for dessert.
