What's For Dinner in 2021

Club sandwiches with bacon, ham, turkey and cheese with lettuce and tomatoes and honey mustard dressing. Fries and also chips with homemade bean dip. Yellow cupcakes with white frosting for dessert.

Leftover pasta with meat sauce and sausages with garlic bread. Also a side of marinated artichoke hearts. Chocolate covered cherries for dessert.

Culvers! I can't wait until we can have that again! 

For breakfast I made hash browns with onions, eggs to order, bacon and toast.

For dinner I made Italian Sausages, Meat Sauce (double batch), pasta and garlic toast. Also made small salads and an olive plate. Yellow cupcakes with white frosting for dessert.

I will be making Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Don bought supper at Culvers.  I had the Mushroom and Swiss Burger and he had the Cheese ButterBurger and we both had fries.  It was delish.  I really didn't want to eat but he has a way of making me eat and glad he did.

Made cheeseburgers and gastro chips with sides of lettuce,tomato and onions. HoHo Torte for dessert.

Made soft shell tacos with the meat, sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and grated Colby Jack Cheese. Made some bars and cut them into little squares for dessert. Graham cracker crust, caramel middle and chocolate topping.

Last night I put a pork roast in the slow cooker with potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions

I had the leftover stew and rice and the guys had the leftover red beans and rice with sausage. Apple fritters for dessert/

Made red beans and rice with sausage for the guys and I ended up with a cheese omelet because I cannot chew yet. Also diced up some tomatoes.

I made a potato bar but my oven stopped heating up after it had preheated. finished them in the microwave. Laid out butter, tomatoes, onions, bacon bits, sour cream and shredded Colby/Jack cheese. Homemade sandwich cookies for dessert.

I didn't feel lie cooing, so I decided to buy a Rotisserie Chicken from Walmart and make a boxed chicken stuffing mix.  Turns out, when I got home, Don had ordered a double cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and onion pizza from Rosas and stuffed Jalapeno poppers and at about an hour earlier.  I ate the poppers and a couple of pizza squares.  Definitely didn't do it for me.  I am eating some of the chicken and stuffing.  I am sure he will be into it later tonite

Made rib eye steaks, gastro chips and grilled toast with mushrooms and salads. The guys had salted caramel ice cream for dessert.

I made homemade Chicken Parmesan with sauce and linguine and a side of marinated artichoke hearts and Greek Olives. Chianti for the guys and mini cinnamon rolls for dessert - this was the big meal I was going to make yesterday.

It got crazy right as I was making a big dinner so instead I made Jon an 8 cheese pizza and J and I had a Lotsa Motsa Super Supreme. We actually got them at the commissary. The last of the chocolate chip walnut cookies for dessert.

I made leftover buffet! Pasta and garlic bread from yesterday, 'garbage' plate with eggs, cheese, ham and onions, grapes, breaded and pounded pork, hunt's sauce, German Salt potatoes and walnut chocolate chip cookies for dessert. We had to eat in a hurry because of Skype calls with the bank and the builder.

almost every day we have a Sausage, Round Egg, cheese Biscuit or McGriddle and often a hash brown.  It has taken me 3 days to finish making chili.

Got some frozen shredded beef and made Philly cheese steaks with provolone and added lettuce, cooked onions, raw onions and tomatoes and mayo on sub rolls. Also made some fries. Small pieces of almond kringle for dessert. (My daughter sent them to us.)

I got to sleep 3 hours when I got off work at McDonald's but then had to do a bunch of running.  Don bought us Texas Burgers, fries and soda (we dumped out) at Burger King.  We drank soda in the parking lot while we ate but tossed them at the gas station.  Twisted Tea was better

I made OnCor Salisbury Steaks and used the left over potatoes from the pork steaks and fried them up with seasonings.  Of Course, his majesty "isnt going to eat that crap" but we all know the drill *LOL*
