What's For Dinner in 2021

Last night we ordered out and got 2 4pc chicken dinners from Gus'.

The guys got their fish fry for dinner and I had shrimp scampi with a salad and garlic bread. Coconut cream pie for dessert. It was so good!

I am so jealous!!!  I would love Chinese or Japanese cuisine but Don hates it.  I thought they would eat before I got back from Janesville, so I could stop at the Chinese food place, but nope that did not happen.

Right now I am eating some left over hamburger hel;per but had to listen to fat boy Don preach to the choir

Good for you Dawn. We had Chinese Buffet! It was so good! I have missed eating out so much!!!

Today, I decided we would have lunch from Rosa's Pizza.  Don and Dave had the Italian Beef with only Mozzarella cheese.  I had EVERYTHING!!  That included carrot slivers, mushrooms, spinach, jalapeno peppers, pepperchini peppers, extra cheese, bacon, onions and gosh knows what else.

Wednesday the 7th, Still throwing alot of stuff away.  Padre had a $30 gift certificate for Jessica's ~ Dave only wanted a cheeseburger with sautéed onions and nothing else on it.  Don had the Super Burger, and once again I had the John Boy Burger, it has everything and bacon

Tuesday the 6th, started clearing out Padre's house.  I bought steak burritos from Las Chicas Restaurant.  They were huge and brother Dave could not believe it or finish his.  The burritos had sliced steak, rice, cheese, etc.  I had mine fully loaded.  Don and Dave had real basic

Monday, Don and I were not really hungry but I made him go with me to Jessica's to eat breakfast.  We had the "Any 2" platter, meaning we chose 2 fried eggs, 2 sausage links, coffee, and 2 slices of toast.  Bridgette (one of my ex-boyfriend's sister and waitress at Jessica's gave me a hug).  When we finished eating, the owner gave me a very big hug.  This restaurant is like members of our family.

Easter Sunday I made a ham, mashed potatoes, cream style corn, german chocolate cake with frosting, ranch pasta salad and deviled eggs.  Before I could take a plate to Padre, Betty stopped with a plate for him and when she opened the door, she saw him dead in the bathroom.

Not sure because we got to have Chinese Buffet for lunch! It was awesome!

Went and got Jersey Mike's Subs and chips. It has been 6 months since we could eat there. Creme chocolates for dessert.

Made Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches with the meat, cheese and onions. Peppers on J's and extra pickles for Jon. Also did fries and salads. Not sure of dessert but something easy like Ho Ho's I think.

Going to a buffet so hoping for ham, potatoes, rolls, cottage cheese, salad and a veg. Also hoping for a nice dessert!

Rib Eye steaks, baked potatoes, salads with French Dressing. Ho Ho Cake for dessert.

I made Papa Murphy's Pizzas! So good. Got butter frosted long johns from Kwik Trip for dessert. A total Wisconsin food fest.

I am making generic hamburger helper with fried onions, mixed veggies, burger and ground turkey.  Those super sweet peanut butter bar things that Karla made, for dessert.

If Midnight gets here okay it will be lasagne, garlic bread and salads. I am thinking of getting some frozen custard for dessert!

Yesterday I was in so much pain that I went to bed when I got home from Walmart.  Not sure what Don had but I did heat up 2 McDonald Breakfast burritos before I left for McDonald's

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches with fries. I added lettuce, tomatoes and raw onions to them. Apple fritters for dessert.

Had Patty Melts and fries. Going to doctor up some brownies I made with drizzle of chocolate sauce and ice cream.

I am making Baked Pork Rib Eye chops topped with cream of mushroom soup, baked potatoes, and not sure which veggies yet

Rib eye steaks, gastro chips, garlic parsley butter and salads. Chocolate covered cherries for dessert. (From the Cambridge Market. We also each got a rum soaked donut with heavy whipped cream and a cherry. Decadent and amazing.)

Club Sandwiches. Toast with turkey and bacon (British of course) with mayo,lettuce and tomato and gastro chips and also kettle chips. Small tartlets for dessert.

I had a box of Gluten Free Bacon Cheese Chicken Ranch Pasta dinner.  I used turkey instead of chicken.  Don hates rice.  I did not tell him that the pasta was made out of brown rice flour.  Also made baked red potatoes.
