Ingredients used in RAINBOW SALAD | • Carrot (grated) - ½ cup. | • Pomegranate seeds - ½ cup. | • Yellow tomatoes - 4-5 numbers. | • Broccoli (chopped) - 1/4 cup. | • Black grapes - 5 numbers. | • Basil leaves - 2 tablespoons. | • Peanuts (soaked) - ½ cup. | • Almonds - 10 grams. | • Walnuts - 10 grams. | • Apple (diced) - ½ cup. | • Cabbage (grated) - 2 tablespoons. | • Grapes - 6 numbers. | • Cherry tomatoes - 5 numbers. | • Alpha alpha sprouts - ½ cup. | • Moong sprouts - ½ cup. | • Cowpea sprouts - ½ cup. | • Coriander leaves - ½ bunch. | • Salt - to taste. | • Pepper powder - ½ tea spoon. | • Lemon juice - ½ tea spoon. | Method: |
- In a bowl, add carrot, pomegranate seeds, yellow tomato, broccoli, black grapes, basil leaves, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, apple dices, cabbage, grapes, cherry tomatoes, alpha sprouts, moong sprouts, cowpea sprouts, coriander, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well.
Rainbow salad is ready to serve. |
