Grilled Steak Fillets, Small Lobster Tails, Baked Potatoes with Butter and Salads. Also Small Loaf of Rye Bread with Butter. For Dessert I had a drink with Peach rum, Peach snapps and Juice. It was great!

No idea what Don ate, since I haven't been home all day. I am eating a small bowl of seasoned brown rice and a steak burritto with alot of stuff that I got from Qdoba's when I got off work today and a PBR (I deserve it after these last 2 days.

Went to Denny's restaurant yesterday. Don had the double cheeseburger. I had the Burbon burger and ordered an Itallian appetizer plate for Don and I to share. Very good food. Will be stopping there again.

J wanted to see what the Cheesecake Factory was all about. It was not like they show it in TV shows. Very Hoidy toidy. Jon got cheesecake to bring home. I had shrimp over angel hair pasta with diced tomatoes, basil, garlic and lemon with a small bit of sauce. It was really good.

Went out for Mexican today. Shredded Beef and Cheese Quesadillas with Refried Beans, Rice and Salad. Also Chips and Salsa and J and I had Strawberry Margueritas!

Thursday night we ended up having steak fillets and lobster tails with baked potatoes with butter and salads. No dessert. Too full!

Today we ate early. Broasted chicken, popcorn shrimp and rice with cooked veggies and salads. Chocolate Pie for Dessert.

Don won ~ no leftovers He made a frozen pizza. He insisted on making it himself. He was busy on phone talking to Bigsy and over cooked it.

I over made again for Easter ~ Made a ham with pineapple slices and brown sugar, home made potato salad, pumpkin pie (not sure if it is ok because the evaporated milk was passed it's sell by date by a few months) so also made Apricot Cobbler, deviled eggs, green bean casserole, cole slaw, baked potatoes, and dinner rolls.

I made Steak and Chicken Fajitas. Don threw a fit and said he refused to eat. Finally made supper about 9pm. I at my 2 fajitas. Don said he wasn't going to eat that SH*t. He said he would eat his leftover bologna with ketchup that he didn't eat on Friday. Then he said he guessed he would have to make his own PBJ sandwich, or make a pizza ~

Guess What~

He finally had me make him a fajita which he ate. Then he asked for another and he started squealing that the bottom of the tortilla was soggy, scraped ll the stuff off and wanted another tortilla ~ of course he wadded that one into a ball as well and refused to eat. Jerk Butt!
