Whats for Dinner today? 2019

The last couple of days, I made my "special burgers".  I mix Lawry's season salt and chopped onions to the ground beef and then form patties and fry them along with home made French fries.

Sloppy Joes and Chips tonight. The guys finished off the oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

An antipasto board with proscuito, buffalo mozzarella, green olives, sun dried tomatoes, breadsticks and sliced pepperoni and then pasta with shrimp in marinara sauce. Apple turnovers for dessert.

WE  had a "goodbye cookout" for our store manager.  I had a brat and a double burger.  Cole slaw, pasta salad, antipasto salad, potato salad,

Made soft shell tacos. did 1 1/2 times the meat mixture and shredded Colby jack cheese, cut up onions, lettuce and tomatoes for them. Also made a new dessert. Took a pound cake and topped it with whipped topping, cut up White Chocolate Kit Kats and sprinkled the tops with nutmeg. It was so simple and very good. J ended up with Coronas with lime.

after I got home from the farm and took a bath, I made a Hungry Man Select Battered Chicken with cheese fries. I got some sweet and sour sauce to di the chicken in.  No idea yet what I shall eat during my lunch break at work

Before I left for work I put some chicken lunch meat, shredded cheddar and Mozzarella, and chopped onion on a tortilla and warmed it enough to melt the cheese.

For lunch at work I had left over steak and tator tots with ketchup and Dusseldorf mustard and Popcorn

Got some fillet bits and noodles and bagged veg and made stir fry! Chocolate Chip Cookies with Caramel bits in them for dessert.

Fish Sandwich and tator tots for lunch and steak and tator tots for supper

Jasmine Rice, Spanish Rice, Spicy Chicken Wings, Chicken Tikka, Salads and oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Grilled Sirloins, Hand Cut Chips, Salads and Heated Rolls with Butter. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for the guys for dessert.

Pub food!

Small Salads, Jasmine Rice, Tikka Chicken, Pitas, Beef and Rice and Pea Samosas and Mixed Fruit Plate for Dessert. (Pineapple, Peaches, Watermelon and Oranges.)

I made a rice and beef  burrito to take to work

Warmed up pasta, sauce, peppers and onions, sausages and lattice fries. Fruit and cream for dessert.

Yesterday for lunch I made scrambled eggs with sautéed celery, green pepper, and onions

For supper I went to the China House and got Szechuan Shrimp combo with an egg roll

So hot we just had ham and cheese sandwiches with a side of mixed olives and veg. Vienetta Ice Cream for dessert.

I made Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice Pilaf and Pitas on the side as well as small salads. Almond Sugar Crescents for dessert.

It is really hot so probably big Greek Salads and maybe I will make garlic cheese bread to go with it. Mini Chocolate frosted brownies for dessert.

yesterday Padre took me out for breakfast at McDonald's before we went shopping.  I had a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle with hash brown and soda.  Padre had an egg McMuffin, hashbrown, and coffee.

I made myself a hamburger with melted provolone cheese on an English Muffin with Dijon mustard, ketchup, lettuce, and mayo

Leftovers from Wednesday. Pasta, Meat Sauce, Sausages, Peppers and Onions and Garlic bread.  I actually grated fresh Parmesan. Homemade fruit salad for dessert.

Just not in an eating kinda mood ~ I had a small single serve bag of fritos and a small single size bag of crunchy Cheetos.  I made Cheesy Enchilada Hamburger helper and put that in the fridge and made Beef Tetrazzini (from tuna helper box) and also put that in the fridge.  I might make a cheeseburger later, but not holding my breath.  Just not hungry lately

Another lazy day ~ I cooked up the ground burger and ground turkey I had in the fridge an added taco seasoning to it.  I made a couple of kinda tacos with the meat, cheese, and salsa.  I spilled some salsa on the floor and could not find my broom, so I had to buy one after I got off work at 11:30 and sweep it up when I got home.  I left the air cons on when I went to work because it was so hot and muggy in the house, even with the windows open an it was actually kinda comfortable outside for a change

I was so busy today I didn't eat.  I got off work at 74pm an went shopping.  I bought some ranch flavored chicken wings and ate them while I shopped.  They were nasty and dried out.  Not sure what I want to eat now that I am home
