White Wedding Cake Cupcakes Empty White Wedding Cake Cupcakes

1 Box of White Cake Mix (any brand will do)
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 Cup Water
2 TBS vegetable or Canola Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Sour Cream
4 large White Eggs (I might try using Brown Eggs, I bet it doesn't make a difference)

1. Preheat oven to 325F and line tins with cups

2. Mix together cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt.  Add rest of ingredients and beat with hand mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.

3, Fill prepared tins about 3/4 full,  Bake about 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean


NOTE:  I think this could be used as a cake recipe as well, but would require a little more cooking time ~ When I do this, I will let you all know
