[*]Add softened butter with sugar, baking powder into Ventray Stand Mixer, mix over medium speed until fluffy

[*]Add in egg whites in three batches, mix until well incorporated.

[*]Add in flour and mix over medium low speed, scoop batter into cupcake paper cups

[*]Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and salt into Ventray Stand Mixer, blend in low speed until smooth and creamy

[*]Cut each square marshmallows into half as bunny ears, dip in pink icing sugar or sprinkles

[*]Pipe cream cheese icing onto cupcakes, sprinkle coconut shred, then top it off with pink bunny ears
