Slow-Cooked Frittata

Ingredients
1/2 C. Baby Kale
1/2 C. Deli-Style Ham, chopped
1/2 C. Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 C. Frozen Peas, thawed and drained
8 Eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Sweet Paprika
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
Directions
Lightly spray a large crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Add to the crockpot the kale, ham, red bell pepper, and peas. Pour the eggs over the ham and vegetables in the crockpot, and stir until well-combined. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper, then sprinkle on the cheese. Cook on low for 1 hour. Set heat to warm and continue cooking for 5-6 hours or overnight.
