When I came home from work and found out my dr appointment has been cancelled due to weather, I had the rest of the chili and a buttered biscuit.

Right now I am making Salisbury steaks and gravy.  I will probably finish off the rest of the tator tot casserole.

lol Dawn. He and Mouse are great dinner companions but they can be pigs!

J apparently took Jon for breakfast. He wanted to make dinner so that was okay. He made his bacon wrapped meatloaf with salt crusted baked potatoes and corn. I also cut up some grape tomatoes for me.

Today I am making chicken leg quarters in a crock pot with small potatoes, baby carrots, and celery seasoned with Lawrey's season salt and black pepper.

Glad Midnight shared your chips.  At least you had someone pleasant for a dinner companion *LOL*

I made meatloaf, mashed potaoes, and beef gravy.  Don actually ate it and did not complain.

I made Jon and I egg, ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch. The guys went out for beer and wings for dinner. I made myself a ham and cheese sandwich with mayo, lettuce, onions and tomate and Midnight helped me eat some chips lol

I ate some leftover chili and a mug of hot chocolate when I got home from work

For lunch/supper I made venison steaks with onions & mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and cream corn.  Of course Don complained the steak was too tough.  No pleasing him.

No, J brought his food home. He did bring Jon some and Jon will pretty much always eat free food. lol And yes, I know who he sounds like. Like minds. Or lack of them lol

Made Jon and I egg, ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch and frozen pizzas for dinner. Could not get to town to get the usuals.

I bet J drank alot though.  I wonder who else does that.  *LOL*

I see J did not understand that you and Jon did not want Popeyes.  I am guessing he decided he did not want to eat there at the restaurant.

J ended up not eating last night. Who does that sound like?

Jon and I had big lunch. Burgers loaded with lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo and ketchip and fries. I did not have dinner but J brought home Popeyes sandwiches and fries.

I brought home Sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles sub round egg and hash browns and also a large coffee for Don with creamers on the side.

The other day, Don actually made himself a couple of hamburgers (of course I bought frozen patties, just in case he did)

Today I am making tator tot casserole.  I am not going to tell Don that the tiny bit that was left of his Dinty Moore is in there as well, because I wanted to get the dish out of the fridge.  I also had enough buttermilk for the casserole, instead of milk.

For breakfast it was eggs, hash browns with onions, bacon and toast. For dinner I am making brats, baked beans and will have the rest of the hash browns with onions. I also got some spotted cow for the guys.

I finished my creamy chicken soup with Farfalle pasta (recipe not posted).  Don did not eat any.  Looks like he decided on Dinty Moore Beef Stew.

Gina, You Need To Eat at LEAST once a day!  I know the stress is afecting this, however, I finally copped the attitude to "F" everything.  I am willing to eat even leftovers whereas, Donald will not.  I know will fix food for both but if he does not like it, he is on his own.  Stop catering to "What does J want".

I used the Chicken Stock I made and chopped up the veggies, added the last 1/2 cup of heavy cream to it and some seasonings and Farfalle (Bow Tie) noodles.  Added my butter crackers to it and it is delish!

Don ada 2 of the chicken patties (last night) and all of the small butternut squash.  Looks like he also had a can of Spagetti and Meatballs and did not finish it.

Butternut squash and chicken patties.  I made sandwiches out of my patties with butter and provolone cheese on white bread.  Did not eat much squash because Iknow Don will finish it off.  I bought it for that reason.

Jon had a fish sandwich with cheese, lettuce and mayo and fries and he has also had several pieces of leftover lasagna. It suprised me how much he ate today. I had a Swiss Melt on Rye with fried onions, raw onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup and fries. I also had one of my Christmas cookies. I had to put some bread in them to soften them up.

Made cheeseburger patties for Don

I had a lettuce salad with carrots and cukes and ranch dressing. I also the rest of the leftover spaghetti.

Just got up and heated up 2 hash browns (like 2 slices of bread) with sliced Beef Summer Sausage & provolone cheese

Warmed up lasagna for Jon. He had at least three pieces. I had ham and cheese on a hard roll with radishes and plum tomatoes on the side. Also had a few chips with dip. Jon and I had a Christmas cookie for dessert.

Trying to get to bed but needed to eat first.

Ate the rest of the leftover ham bone soup and made half an egg salad sandwich.  Don wanted me to make egg salad and has not touched it.  He is going to make a couple of frozen hamburger patties I bought.  He asked me if he had to put anything in the pan first.  That is how often he cooks.
