Onion Rye Puffs
1 loaf party rye bread
4 medium Bermuda onions, thinly sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
5 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Toast bread on one side. Turn, places slices of onion on bread. Mix mayo and cheese, spread on top of each slice. Broil for approximately 10 minutes or until top puffs and browns.

Does not look like a kid friendly recipe. It is simple however rye bread is an aquired taste. Moving to Breads section
