Cherry 75 Cocktail

Ingredients

• 50ml/2fl oz Gin
  
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 1 generous tbsp maraschino cherry syrup from the jar
  
• sparkling wine, chilled, for topping up
  
• ice, for shaking
  
• 1 maraschino cherry, to garnish
  

Method

Place a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with a handful of ice and shake. Strain into the coupe glass and top up with the sparkling wine. Garnish with the cherry and serve.
