What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Going to make spaghetti and meat sauce, Italian Sausages, Cheese Garlic Bread and chianti for the guys. The rest of the long johns for dessert.

Going to make big salads, cheese bread and lasagna with garlic bread. Got some filled long johns for dessert.

Last night, Made steak tacos with lettuce, chopped onions, chopped roma tomatoes, salsa, and Nopalitos (cactus)  Don threw a baby fit.  No clue what hew ended up eating.

I was going to make a big dinner but the guys wanted cheeseburgers and chips and I made myself egg salad. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

Going to make a hamburger, mushroom and pasta dish the guys like. I will probably re-heat the macaroni and cheese I made a bit ago. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

Left over burgers from last night, leftover beans, and tator tots.

It was beautiful out last night and I didn't really want to cook in the house.  At first we thought of either Arby's or Subway (have coupons for both). Since we had to run to Walmart, so I suggested grilling burgers.  We bought 4 pre-formed Triple cheese burger patties.  I also bought frozen southern style hash browns. Instead of making my grilled potatoes, I used some of them and added sliced onions, sweet orange peppers, and liquid smoke.  Also had Bush's Country style Beans.

We had cheeseburgers on brioche buns. Except I didn't have a bun. I made a huge salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cut up hard boiled eggs, cucumbers and carrots. Jon made skinny fries that kinda looked like potato sticks. I also made baked beans for J. Egg donuts for dessert.

Making smoked ring sausage for Don.  I am making a ring Andouille with cabbage, baby carrots and celery.  Also going to deep fry some hash brown patties and have some tuna pasta salad

Yesterday we ended up going to Culvers.  Don had the double butter  burger with cheese and bacon.  I had the icelandic cod filet sandwich.  We both had a large french fry

Didn't really feel like cooking, so we went to Culvers.  I had a coupon for a free Sourdough double and a medium, concrete mixer with 2 mix ins.  I got M&M and Oreo.  I also ordered an Atlantic Cod Filet sandwich and large fry.  Don had the double Butterburger with cheese and bacon and large fry.  Did not eat my sourdough or most of my fries.  Will save for later.  My acid reflux has been in high gear the last few days

Tonight we had linguine and chicken picata. I use garlic and capers and lemon. Had the rest of my Godiva chocolates for dessert.

Got home from Fort and heated up some leftover T-Bone steak and grilled potatoes and veggies.  Don asked if I had any of that "Tuna Stuff" left.  Yes, there is still Tuna and cheese pasta salad left.  I guess that is what he will be eating tonite.  I think he knows I am not cooking tonite.  My day has been so screwed up.

Last night I had a McDouble at work while I did my paperwork.  I made an Artisan Cheeseburger pasta meal (like a hamburger helper) but I used left over whole roasted chicken.  It really lacks flavor.  Don ordered pizza last night because he was so drunk and I was so ticked at him, I refused to make anything.

We went out for lunch. It was French Onion Soup with half hot sandwiches. Lovely lunch. Cupcakes for dessert.

Going to make sloppy joes and macaroni and cheese. I am also going to warm up the rest of the brisket. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

J wanted to eat out. We had beef brisket, pitas, sauce, diced veggies, salads and fried cheese curds. Jon and J also had wings and Spotted Cow. Egg donuts for dessert.

Made leftover lasagna, small salad with Honey Mustard Dressing and Cake for dessert.

We ate out. We had brisket, baked potatoes with butter, coleslaw, cinnamon apples, rolls and butter. Jon also had cheese bites. The rest of the Persians for dessert.

Planning on making rib eye steaks, seasoned potato wedges, salads and maybe some grilled bread. Persians for dessert.

We are going to meet friends for dinner at our fave Italian place. I know I will have salad bar, cheese bread and probably lasagna.
