What's For Dinner in 2021

Last night I made rotini pasta with pork slices and gravy and peas. For me I also made brussel sprout with a sauce. Brownie bites for dessert.

I am baking skinless, boneless chicken thighs seasoned with Lawry's season salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.  Also going to have sliced beets and baked red potatoes.  More brownies for dessert

Tonite I made pork steaks and potatoes in the crock pot.  I served it with green beans, stuffing, and brownies for dessert.

Tonight it was leftover buffet! Ravioli, pizza, salad, bread, hamburger mushroom casserole, and brussel sprouts with dressing. Fudge for dessert.

We ate at an Italian Place in Milwaukee. The guys had pizza and I had homemade ravioli with meat sauce and a salad and we had a big plate of bread and an antipasto salad. Great food.

Last night we ordered a medium double cheese and sausage pizza, a medium double cheese and pepperoni pizza, and one order of broasted Potatoes from Gus'.  I had in store credit because they screwed up our chicken dinners for a second time on Oct. 20th.  I thought it was only $10.  I was credited the full $23.76, so we got our food for free.  It came to $21.?? so we just called it even.

Made J's favorite casserole. Hamburger and mushroom with cream of mushroom soup and egg noodles. Jon had to add hot sauce to his. I hate mushrooms so I made a big Chef Salad. The rest of the oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Made cheeseburgers and instant garlic mash potatoes.  Glad Don ate in living room where it is dark.  He was in such a hurry to eat, I noticed the burgers were more rare than medium rare.  He likes them well done.  He has been sick for the last few days and ate not really anything and then grumped about burgers, but I have things to do as well and not going to make a gourmet meal.

Last night I made my loaded double layer nachos and oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert. I was going to make a beef noodle dish with tiny peas but Jon is trying to talk J into something else.

I made some breakfast after I fed the animals a little after 8a.  Made enough in case Don wanted to eat, he still did not want to eat.  I made scrambled eggs and sausage.

Yesterday I ate some of the Pork Lion and veggies that no one ate the day before.  I made a McRib sandwich at work, except I did not use that nasty BBQ sauce.  I put butter on the bread, a slice of cheese broke in half, slivered onions, pickles and mac sauce.  It turned out pretty good

Made beef kabobs with purple onions, pineapple and red peppers. Also rice pilaf and jasmine rice and pitas. J made some hummus. Mini brownies that I decorated for dessert.

I made a seasoned Pork lion roast with potatoes, celery, onions, and carrots in the slow cooker and also a shrimp, pea, and cheese pasta salad.  Doesn't look like much will get eatten, as Don is not well and refuses to let me take him to Urgent Care.

Going to make my cheesy rice casserole with side of cut up veg and cracker. Peach crisp for dessert.

I made Tacos tonite with lettuce, tomato, red onions, salsa, Chalua Hot Sauce, and home made guac.  Don hates Guac but I love it.

We met friends at our favorite Italian place. Everyone had something different. I had lasagne with garlic bread and salad bar which was very good.

I had breakfast burritos and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuit (I sub round eggs for the folded eggs) for breakfast.  Finally went to sleep shortly after the Warhawks started playing.  Just got up to put chickens to bed.  I am hungry but don't feel like making anything, so I just heated up another breakfast burrito and ate the last little bit of meat on the leftover chicken thigh from last night.

I made rotiserie chicken quarters with baked potatoes and gravy, and sliced beets for dinner last night.

Thursday I made home made lasgna

Had some hard rolls to use up so I made hot ham and cheese with skinny fries and small salads with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Persians for dessert.

Tonight I made turkey, bacon, mayo, Swiss, lettuce and tomato sandwiches with pasta salad and chips. Made big chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Good game food!
