Peach Blow Fizz

Ingredients

• 3 oz Gin
  
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
  
• 1 oz Half and Half
  
• 5 Strawberries
  
• 1 tsp Simple Syrup
  
• Club Soda - to fill
  
• wedge Peach- for garnish
  
• Garnish: Peach
  
• Glass: Highball Glass
  

Directions

• Muddle strawberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  
• Add gin, lemon juice and half-and-half, and shake vigorously with ice.
  
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
  
• Stir well and garnish with a peach wedge.
