How to make banana baby food?
Mash the banana. Use the fork or potato masher to create a soft puree out of the banana. Make sure you do not leave any large chunks for the baby to choke on. If you want the banana smoother, you can use a blender or small food processor to puree the banana. Try adding a little formula to it to help it blend.
