Break up leftover chocolate of any kind and melt it in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water - don't let the bowl touch the water. Dip in lightly salted crisps of any kind and arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle over a pinch of chili flakes, then chill for 15 minutes until the chocolate has set. After that, dive in!
