What's for Dinner in 2020

Planning on making club sandwiches with crusty bread, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and salad dressing. Also crisps and the rest of the chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

I took roast beef, veggies, and stuffing to work for lunch tonite

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches with beef, provolone cheese on buns with fries. I also throw lettuce, tomatoes and steamed and buttered onions on them. Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert.

I made Turkey Salad for sandwiches for lunch and fried potatoes.  I took pork chops, stuffing, veggies, and baked potato to work for lunch.

Made breaded boneless pork chops, peas, lettuce tomato salad, gravy and fried diced potatoes with onions, salt and butter. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Had Italian Sausages on buns and Italian Pasta salad for lunch.  I am taking a burrito and spanish rice topped with chopped cilantro to work tonite.

Jasmine Rice, Breaded Cauliflower, Nan Bread and Chicken Tikka. Big bowl of grapes, pineapple, purple grapes and mango with whipped topping on the side for dessert.

I was going to make a big dinner but no one wanted it so I made leftover linguine and meat sauce. chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Made some Mrs. Grass' Soup and toast points. (J ordered a whole box.) I made oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

I made a 14-1/2# Turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, cream corn, brown and serve dinner rolls, and Sara Lee Strawberry cheesecake for dessert.

Rib eye steaks on grilled toast and small salads. White shortbread dipped in dark chocolate for dessert.

Made my double layer loaded nachos. White chocolate, caramel and graham cracker bars for dessert.

Ended up making Ribeye Steaks, Grilled Veggies and Mixed Green Salads. Tollhouse Bars for dessert.

I had pork roast and Kraut, mashed potatoes, and veggies for lunch at work and Sweet and Smokey BBQ chips for dessert  Looks like Don at least had one of the grilled cheese sandwiches that were left

Last night I made dirty rice with tabasco sauce and crackers.

Tonight I made pasta carbonnara with pancetta and leeks. Also had a antipasto board with green butter olives, sun dried tomatoes, clover with olive oil, proscuito, salami, breadsticks and buffalo mozzarella. Dessert was a small tray of brownies cut into tiny squares.

I had marinated chicken and cheesy rice for dinner.  No idea what Don had

I made linguine with meat sauce and toast points. Pull apart biscuits with sugar and cinnamon for dessert.

I made hash browns for breakfast.  After we got back from doing buckets, I made a beef roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions.  I made a plate for Padre but it will be delivered today.  We didn't eat.  I went to bed early.  I have been getting up very early since Don has been getting up early and clearing snow from walks and drives, so obviously going to sleep very early.

Open face ribeye steak sandwiches with chips, coleslaw and greens. Fresh fruit for dessert. (Green grapes, purple grapes and cherries cut up with a dollop of whipped cream.)

I ended up making a whole roasted chicken with stuffing, mashed potatoes, and fresh cooked broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots and soda

Made Chicken Parmesan! (Breaded chicken with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese.) Put it all on a bed of linguine. It turned out so good. Also made salads. Mini cinnamon rolls for dessert.

For Lunch I made ground beef tacos and milanesa meat for tacos with lettuce, refried beans, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa on flour burrito shells and soda.

I made mini corn dogs before work today.  Don has some and I had some.  I took pork chops, mashed potatoes, and veggies to work.  I had lemon bar for dessert.  Padre was talking about him and Don watching football and ordering out for a pizza.  I will find out tomorrow.
