I got a pack of Salisbury steaks and made some potatoes to go with the meat and gravy and made some corn with butter and had made a small pecan pie.

Walmart had inventory today so we all got a Jimmy John's Lunch Box, it included a 6" sandwich, a cookie, and a bag of chips.  Each box cost $11 to the store.  I don't think it was worth it but I am sure it did take alot of time to make all the sandwiches.

I am making a Sausage Breakfast Bowl in Micro for Don.  He will probably need to eat the other one too.  There isn't a whole lot in it.  I suggested he turn it into a breakfast burrito and add cheese to it.

J was not hungry (with all the junk food he ate today no wonder.) so I just had some salami, chips and olives and garlic dip.

Yesterday I had a left over Sausage Egg McMuffin.  For Lunch I went to Arby's and ordered myself a Chicken Bacon Swiss Burger and Mozzarella Sticks.  Don drank beer all day.  I worked both jobs and then had to go back to McDonald's at 11pm

J took me out for dinner and we could have made better food at home. Sad. We had rib eye steaks, baked potatoes, salads, little white rolls, two onion rings each and peas. I made J oatmeal raisin cookies for later.

I made Egg and Chicken Fried Rice from scratch! The guys had seconds so I think they liked it. I also warmed up the rest of the macaroni and cheese and got out the tomato salad. Apple crisp for dessert.

I brought home a Big Mac and a double quarter pounder with cheese this morning and coffee for Don.  He at the quarter pounder this morning and the Big mac for lunch.  I am now making Generic Beef Hamburger Helper.  He never eats this much.  He usually eats once a day and brags about it.  I thought with 2 sandwiches, I would not have to make supper

Mmmm McFlurry. We do not have those here at ours. I made what I call Dirty Rice Casserole and had a tomato salad and Ritz Crackers and made an apple crisp for dessert. It is yummy if I may say.

Last night I had an M&M McFlurry at work.  I made Don a double quarter pounder with extra cheese and brought him home a large coffee.  He had the burger for lunch.  I had some chicken nuggets when I came home for lunch and a large container of cottage cheese.  Don will have to fend for himself tonite.  He is not happy.  He usually only eats one meal a day.

I made cinnamon rolls for breakfast and made a huge dinner. Made a herb encrusted and garlic infused pork roast with peas, pork gravy and German Salted Potatoes. (Red potatoes, onions, and pancetta.) Also some purple cabbage slaw for me. Chocolate chunk shortbread cookies for dessert. I thought I would have leftovers. They ate every bite.

Had to get creative for dinner. Had some chicken broth and added canned chunk chicken, carrots, celery and diced onions and dried parsley and egg noodles. Turned out really good. Also made some buttered toast points for dipping. The rest of the caramel, graham cracker and chocolate bars for dessert.

I was so tired and dead to the world by 4pm.  Slept until Don turned the TV on this morning.  Looks like Don ordered out last night or brought it home.  There were 2 empty styro containers, both had fries and another small container so I am guessing he ordered Rosa's Italian Beef dinners and ate both.  Yesterday  I ate a buttermilk crispy chicken patty and half a box of triskets.

I took Don to Jessica's this morning when we went in to take out Padre's trash.  He had the usual Ham and Cheese Omlet. I had the Country Breakfast (scrambled eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, and 1/2 order of Biscuits and Gravy).

I have been living on chicken Nuggets, Carmel Mocha Latte's, and an occasional beer the past week or so.  I am so exhausted.
