Fried Potatoes
If I have leftover baked potatoes I slice them and fry them in butter with leftover chopped onions and if I have other leftovers I add them and almost have a skillet meal. Things like ham, bacon, cheese, whatever you have in the fridge! Fry them all up until tender and serve!

I fry my leftover potatoes in bacon grease that I save and season with pepper,Lawrey season salt and Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
