Cole Slaw Dressing

3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons salad oil
Dissolve sugar, salt, pepper in vinegar; add oil very slowly. Beat until there is no separation of oil and vinegar.
