That is funny Gina ~ It does not look like the other meatloaf will be frozen because Don has been hitting it hard *LOL*

The guys met some of J's Army buddies for dinner. Not sure what they are going to eat. I have not eaten today but have stayed hydrated.

Making my own spin on an easy and fast (kinda) Beef and Veggie Stroganoff.  Will post my newly created recipe later.

I reorganized my freezer and found a package of 3 leg & thighs and a package of boneless chicken thighs.  I breaded the boneless ones with a Garlic and Parmesan shake and bake.  Just seasoned the leg & thighs because Don does not like breaded anything.

Don said something around 12:30 about making a pizza.  I told him he could make it himself.  He did not make a pizza.  I went to bed because I was so tired and had been up since last night because I had to work.  He came to bed complaining nothing to eat.  I told him we had 2 casseroles leftover or he could have cooked a pizza.  I just got up a bit ago to work on the site and finish off the tuna casserole.

Looks like Don ate at least 1 apple fritter, 3 cream cheese danishes, and some little Debbie Nutty Bars.  I am sure he snacked on more.  He thinks he is being sly by not dirtying dishes when he heats.

Decided I needed something to eat..  First had a blueberry muffin and then heated up an apple fritter.  Now I am eating leftover tuna casserole with potato chips and put salsa on it.  I am starting to think that my body knows it can't eat or drink after 11pm tonite and wants to be sure it gets it's fill before than.

Before I took a nap, I made myself a multi-meat sandwich on Buttermilk Bread with Greek Yogurt.  I also had some of the potato salad I made the other day and added Greek Yogurt to it.

Looks like Don is living on McDonald cheese danishes, nutty bars, and other junk stuff I am sure.

I told Don he could eat leftovers because I wanted some boiled veggies.  That is not what it turned out to be.  I had carrots, potatoes, celery, and 2 small slices of roast beer cut up.  Combined it with some beef base I had frozen, along with the turkey gravy packet that was in the freezer and a can of chicken broth and added some seasonings.  Turned out pretty good.  Don did not eat any and I finished the last of it this morning.

I also brought home 2 plain cheeseburgers and will probably have one of those in a little bit.  I get the happy meals so I can get the mario cart toys that Emma wants.

I decided to have a late night snack.  I had a blueberry muffin and a sandwich with multiple lunch meats that I had package in the freezer from a BOSS sandwich from pick n save.  Way to much bread for that sandwich.

I made tuna casserole and topped it with cheddar potato chips and colby jack cheese.  Don actually liked it.  was not a fan of the potato chips on it, but still ate alot of it.  He says he liked it but not to put the potato chips on it next time.  It was a little too crunchy.  He probably had a time chewing it because he only has 6 or 7 teeth.

Brought home 2 plain cheeseburgers this morning.  I heated one up with Horseradish mustard and A1 Sauce.  Don heated one up with ketchup

I decided to make Beef Pasta Hamburger Helper.  I added a small can of mushroom stems and pieces, chopped yellow and red onion that was still in fridge, and a handful of shredded Colby jack cheese.  I am sure Mr Grumpypants will find something wrong with it but I need to get something to eat and get to bed.  Gotta work tonite and my knees are hurting like heck until the ketolog works its way in.

yesterday I made boneless pork chops in cream of celery soup and baked potatoes.  Once again, Don complained that I only make what I want.  IF he would open his mouth and acknowledge the choices I have, he could have picked a meal.  Told him to start making his own food, but I paid for pretty much everything in the freezer except breads, english muffins, and the turkey.  We made the one I bought for thanksgiving
