J had almost half a Kringle for lunch with chips. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. For dinner my plan is to warm up the leftover lasagna and garlic bread.

J came home and ate 3/4 of the apple crisp with ice cream. The dinner plan changed multiple times but I think J wants me to make him a salad with chicken cut up on it and Jon still wants to come home to lasagna with my garlic bread and I have some chianti.

Short cut night ~ made Banquet Salisbury Steaks, 4 cheese instant potato pearls, Pea ham and cheese pasta, and cottage cheese  We shall see if Don eats.  I did bring home another 20+ cookies from work.

Heated up Lasagna and topped with parmesan cheese and hot sauce.  Also some Pea, Cheese, and Ham Salad.

Don is on his own again.  I brought cookies home from work.  He is mentioning that he is losing weight.  NO DUH!  He would rather drink than eat and I have not bought him snacks in awhile.  Money is tight.

Going to have fried chicken for dinner with rice pilaf and maybe some veggies and fries for Jon.

For lunch I made Egg Foo Young, egg drop soup, pork fried rice, and some glass noodles. Also had a plate of jello squares and some pineapple slices for a lite dessert. The guys are incapable of eating light.

That nap when I came home messed me up.  Finally gave up trying to sleep and made myself a chicken and swiss with mayo sandwich and some Pea, Ham, & Cheese Pasta salad.  Hopefully that will put me to sleep

Finally used up the pork. Jon and I had sandwiches and chips and Jon finished the kefta as well. J had pasta, cut up pork, and two pork sandwiches with barbecue sauce. I mean wow. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

J has not eaten all day so he will be starving when he is done at the track. Jon has had 2 meals of leftovers so far. I had a ham and cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo for dinner with chips and may have a slice of leftover pizza in a bit. There are so many leftovers that the guys will not be hungry but I am not making dinner again at 10:30.

Had a cottage cheese with peaches that I bought with a coupon I had and then had tortilla chips with guac.  When I ran out of guac, I dipped the chips in regular cottage cheese.

Don't care what Don decides he wants to eat.  Lots of leftovers in fridge

I finished off the rest of the Pea Ham and Cheese Pasta salad and the Bacon and Cheddar potatoes.  I am currently eating a lettuce salad with cottage cheese and french dressing.

Of course Don only drank today.

I will be making out doctored pizzas when the guys get home. For lunch I warmed up lasagna, garlic bread and cheese sticks for Jon, cut up pork and gravy over noodles for J and a couple beef pieces with grilled onions and tomatoes with rice for me.

I was in HEAVEN yesterday!  Don wanted Sloppy Joes.  I really wanted to make tacos.  So I made is sloppy Joes (which I do not like but eat) and made myself 2 Vegan Veggie burgers with 11 vegetables.  Put both of them on potato rolls with cheese, guac, diced tomatoes, and salsa.  OMG!  DELICIOUS!  Also made a box of Bacon and Cheddar Potatoes and added more shredded cheese

For lunch it was leftover time. I made egg salad for me, hot dogs for J and Jon had his leftover sausage sandwich with fries.

Leftovers again for dinner. The guys were hungry but I was not. J had olive loaf sandwiches and Jon had the rest of the sausage sandwich with chips and string cheese.

I heated up a Deluxe Quarter Pounder that I brought home from work and had that for breakfast, along with the rest of the chicken salad I made.

For lunch Don has been eating left over chicken (because no more beer and I won't buy any cuz I don't feel like having one).  I will probably have the same.  Might make some of the leftover grilled potatoes.

I finished the rest of the broccoli cauliflower salad yesterday as well.

Yesterday I made a whole roasted stuffed chicken in slow cooker.  Don at almost all the stuffing and the legs.  By the time it was done, I was too tired and had to go to bed

Don was talking to Piper on the phone, kept saying he did not want to kill his drink and was not going to eat until later.  He made the comment again when Piper got here, so I made myself some scrambled eggs with a cut up Jalapeno and cheese brat, hot sauce, onions, celery, and green peas.  Warmed up a couple of tortillas and put the egg mixture on them with shredded cheese.  Don is on his own.  Plenty of left overs
