Just got back up.  went to bed at 10am  Decided to mix the rest of the mashed potatoes and chili together.  Don is not eating alot of the leftovers.  I will admit, I did put a can of medium and spicy chili beans in when I made it, so it may have been a little more spicy than he likes but I loved it

No idea what Don ate.  He was whining that there was no more beer.  He drank my shot of vodka the other day, as well.  He is snoring nd left the porch radio on, so IU am guessing he did get some more beer from someone somehow and drank all of it and he is sleeping on the couch and knows I do not work tonite, because he asked me.

Yesterday I made a creamy beef soup.  It started out as a stew but was kinda thick for Don, so soup it became.  He loved it.

Just got home from work and heated up some mashed potatoes and 2 spoons of chili on it.

Made Jon and I sandwiches for lunch. Jon has been drinking hot chocolate all afternoon.

The guys had chili with beans, cheese and onions for dinner. Made a small batch of Christmas cookies for dessert. I may have popcorn. Really do not have the appetite and my stomach is acting up a bit.

Yes, Dawn, jerk sound like a good word. This one has now messed up the kitchen twice day.

S.O.B. never used any tarter sauce.  What a jerk!  He never eats fish without it, except all of a sudden.

Making a Beef Stew from scratch. Don does notr know I saw him trying to use a fork to eat. He does not want me to see him eating because it is not easy for him since his cancer lip surgery, so I am still cooking like I have been. Fingers crossed everyone! Small steps

Thanks for the info Dawn.

For breakfast we had eggs, bacon, hash browns with onions and toast.

For dinner it was J's bacon wrapped meatloaf and I did the garlic mashed potatoes, corn and gravy. I also cut up some tomatoes and made Jon some fries. The rest of the mini cupcakes for dessert.

I found Van de Kamp Crispy Fish Filets in freezer.  Don thought that would be something to try.  I also made mashed potatoes from scratch.  I heated up the leftover beef gravy that was made with the pork patties the other day and heated up the cream corn for him.  I also set out the butter and tarter sauce.

I had the fish and potatoes but used ranch dressing, because "GOD FORBID" I use up "so much tarter sauce that he does not get any"  I also decided to make myself a lettuce salad with baby carrots and sliced radishes with Italian dressing.

Fill out the survey on the receipts.  That is the only way it might change or go to McDonalds.com and click on contact us and let corporate know what is going on.  Most stores get "rattled" when corporate gets involved.

Don said the salisbury steaks were pretty good.  He did complain a little about the mashed potatoes being too runny when he heated them up.  They were a generic brand.

Today I am making 2 Johnsonville Cheddar Cheese and Bacon pork pattys and simmered them in beef gravy.  Don refuses to eat them but has had them before ~ go figure!  Don will have one of the chunky soups that we bought yesterday.

Don is getting sick of stews and soups. Today we are experimenting with Banquet Salisbury steaks and gravy with cheesy mashed potatoes (potato pearls) and cream corn.

Right now I am eating a lettuce salad with real bacon pieces and cucumber chunks and ranch dressing. When I finish this, I will have some Turkey Barley soup. A grilled cheese sandwich would have been good but the only bread I have right now is in the freezer and I hate bread that was thawed out in a microwave and then fried. Maybe tomorrow

Don really liked the chili so he will probably have that and the rest of the Cheesy Brat Soup that he keeps "picking at"

Yesterday was a fend for yourself day.  He ate more of the cheesy brat stew.  I heated up a couple beef hot dogs.

Took the left over brat stew and added half a box of generic velveeta cheese.  Turned out really good and actually tasted cheesy.

For breakfast we had bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns with onions. J added red peppers to his.

For dinner Jon had a cheese and pepperoni panini, J had one with his pork from yesterday and I had one with ham, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. They were pretty good.

Brought home Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits sub round egg and hash browns.  Don was picking at the stuff.

I made a Cheesy Brat Soup/stew.  Not bad may have been better with cheddar cheese

For dinner J made a pork roast topped with a mole' sauce and then he made Jon and him Cubans with pork, Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles on our panini press we had never used. I had a bit of pork and the rest of the beef kebabs with veggies and rice. Divinity for dessert.

Yesterday I made my own twist on Cowboy stew.  Did not like the consistency or taste of it.  Put quite a flair of my own to it and Don ate ALOT of it and Gary ate all that I gave him and he did not think he would.  Very good.

Made myself a cheeseburger last night at work.  Took alot of my meds and natural stuff and needed food to keep me from not feeling well.

Came home from doing laundry and made myself some Pa-Lo Duck Asian Noodles.  Had to turn off micro before it started beeping.  I think Don is still intoxicated because he was complaining about me making noise bringing the laundry in.
