What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Thursday night, I made Hamburger Helper Lasagna.

Friday night we got home late because Don decided he wanted to stop at a bar in Hebron after shopping, so he had to fend for himself.  I put the cold stuff away and went to bed.

Not sure what we are having for dinner but for breakfast we made little steaks, eggs, hash browns with onions, toast and juice. So good.

I made leftover pasta, sauce, sausages, garlic bread and also made some salads. The rest of the chocolate chip cookies balls for dessert.

This morning when I got off work at Walmart, Don took me to breakfast at Jessica's restaurant.  He had the ham and cheese omelet and I had the Steak skillet.

Last night Don decided to have me make him a Roma pizza out of the freezer.  I wanted fish sticks, so I made and doctored up the pizza he wanted and made myself fish sticks.

I forgot to mention, last night we bought a Rotisserie Chicken and broasted Potatoes from Walmart for supper

This week we ate a Culvers, ordered Pizza from Gus', we had some home made chili

Made pasta and sauce with mushrooms, black olives and onions and Italian Sausages and homemade cheese bread. Chocolate chip cookie bits for dessert.

Made the guys cheeseburgers and beans and chips. I had the rest of the cheesy rice dish with some cut up tomatoes. Made some no bake chocolate chip cookie bites for dessert.

Leftover Calzone, Small Salads and Chicken. The rest of the Kringle for dessert.

Going to make fried chicken and oven fries and maybe small salads. Maybe baking some cookies for dessert.

Made calzones and salads. They were great. The rest of the small cupcakes for dessert.

Today we had a late lunch.  I made T-Bone steaks, fresh asparagus in milk, mashed potatoes,  Brown & Serve rolls, and mini M&M cookies for dessert

Wednesday I made chili

Thursday Don ordered 4 pc chicken dinners from Gus' Pizza Palace and broasted potatoes

Last night I made pork steaks, last of the frozen corn from last years harvest, and baked potatoes

Going to make Chicken Picatta with linguine. Chocolate cupcakes with frosting for dessert.

Making loaded burgers with fries. Mini frosted cupcakes for dessert.

Last night I made grilled cheese and tomato soup.  

Tonite I made Tacos

Grilled the rest of the New Year's Roast and added Provolone Cheese to it. Also pasta and sauce. Cheesecake Kringle for dessert.

Made ground beef enchiladas and hard shell tacos with refried beans and Spanish Rice. Jon loves it. Had a Cheesecake Kringle we had to eat so that was dessert.

Leftover lasagna and salads and the rest of the Christmas cookies for dessert.

Made an Al Capone Roast! It is pork, salami, ham, two cheeses and sausage! it was so good. Also made pasta and sauce to go with it. I have not had any yet but Pistachio Gelato for dessert. I think this may be our new treat for the New Year every year!

Traditional Breakfast did not happen, his majesty was still sleeping and I had time to run to town 2x and spend lots of money

I made a "Choice Beef King Cut Grand Rib Roast".  Kinda looks like a miniture of the famous Fred Flintstone Brontosaurus Steak. Rib bone sticking out even *LOL*.  I added some small red potatoes, cut up celery stalks & baby carrots.  I also made Fresh Asparagus (only as fresh as the store says) cooked in milk and home made beef gravy.
