We had a big breakfast of pancakes and sausages and at dinner just used up a lot of stuff in the fridge and made Chef Salads. I also had some leftover breaded cheese nuggets to use up. So I had three kinds of lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots, onions, radishes, cherry tomatoes, olives and diced ham. Walnut brownies for desserts.

Last night I took a stuffed burger that I made myself and some stir fry. I started eating and Klare told me to put my food away. She bought me a REAL Italian Beef sandwich from Lukes with extra green peppers, extra onions, and red sauce

One of our favorites...Shrimp Marinara over Pasta. Also made fried cheese sticks with marinara sauce and cut up cherry tomatoes. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Sounds yummy! I made my Cheesy Rice Casserole. Also put out crackers and pickles and tomato slices. Made Walnut Brownies for dessert.

I had not had those in a long time. Tonight I made Dirty Rice and Crackers. Made Jon a four cheese pizza because he will not eat it. Made J Oatmeal Raisin cookies for dessert.

Must be the weather Gina, because I was thinking of Grilled Cheese and tomato soup. Bought the cheese for it, but have not gotten around to making it yet.

Wow! That was nice. I had a craving for these...made grilled cheese with ham, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and lattice fries. Made a pan of bars cut into tiny bars. (Chocolate, graham cracker crust and caramel.)

Today was Curry day so I made Chicken Curry, Rice Pilaf and Nan Bread. Fresh cut up bowls of fruit for dessert. (Purple and green grapes, cherries and pineapple)

Klare and I decided to order a pizza for lunch at work. I ordered a double cheese and double sausage pizza and original pizza sticks. I will have to call and complain. There was almost no cheese on it nor very much sausage. The pizza sticks were my favorite but this time they were horrible

Philly Steak and Cheese Sandwiches with fried onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Also hand cut chips. Fresh fruit for dessert. (Made a plate of green grapes, purple grapes, pineapple and cherries.)

Made Panini's with ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese and added lettuce, tomatoes, onions and dressing. Had chips and mini brownie muffins for dessert.

Shrimp Marinara Sauce over Pasta. Made an antipasto board instead of salads. (Proscuito, breadsticks, olives, sun dried tomatoes, salami, and cheese. Jon made banana bread for dessert!

I got up and made myself a can of Chunky Chicken and Dumpling Soup and 2 slices of Garlic toast and a can of sprite. Having a hard time eating it all.

Not been feeling well. Today I slept but when I would get up to make a potty stop, I would grab 2 thin sliced chicken breast lunch meat with a slice of provolone and roll it up and it eat (I did that 3 times). Right now I am eating Campbell's Chuncky Chicken Tortilla Soup and Arizona Green Tea
