Baby Food Bars

Bars:


3 eggs                                                        1 1/4 cup salad or canola oil
2 cup sugar                                                 1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1- 4 1/2 oz jar each of strained baby food ~ apricots, applesauce, & carrots

Frosting:


1 - 3 oz pkg cream cheese                           3/4 stick softened margarine
1 tsp vanilla                                                
1 tsp milk
2-3 cups powdered sugar

Combine all bat ingredients.  Pour batter into a greased 10x13 sheet cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.  Let cool.

Beat all frosting ingredients together until blended.  Spread over cooled bars.

These are quick and easy to make ~ I have to figure out ounces used because this is an old recipe and baby food sizes don't match what is needed.
