Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops Empty Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops

Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pork Chops
Ingredients:

6 boneless pork chops




1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices with juice

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup light brown sugar

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon tomato paste

4 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)

Directions:

Place pork chops into the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour the pineapple slices and juice (just dump the entire can in) over top the pork. 


1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices with juice

Add the soy sauce, light brown sugar, rice vinegar, tomato paste, and garlic cloves in the slow cooker. Give it a good stir and then arrange the pineapple slices over top of the pork.

Cover with the lid and cook on LOW heat for 6-8 hours

Serve a pork chop over top some white rice (or rice of choice), drizzle some extra sauce over top the pork chop and add some of the pineapple slices from the crockpot.
