Festive Corn Dip

FESTIVE CORN DIP

serves 15

1 - 15.5 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained

2 - 11oz cans corn with red and green peppers, drained

2 TBS chopped chives

2TBS cilantro

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/2 package dry taco seasoning

1 cup sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and serve

Optional: Chill before serving to blend flavors, if desired.

NOTE: I prefer to chill over night or a minimum of 2 hours before serving
