  • 1 Banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Spinach

INSTRUCTIONS


Chop the banana and add to the blender.
[*]Also add ice cubes, water and blueberries and blend till smooth.
[*]Now add spinach and blend again.
[*]Don't add ice cubes if you're making it for the morning
