  • bowl
  • Spoon
  • Airtight container (for storage)



Ingredients

  




  • 85 g baked dark chicken meat

  • 50 g boiled white rice

  • 30 g boiled potato

  • 4 g olive oil

  • ⅛ teaspoon Rx Vitamins Nutritional Support




Instructions

 


  • Mix all these ingredients together and the meal is ready.

  • Store the leftovers in your airtight container in the refrigerator.
