What's for Dinner Today? ~ 2022

Made cheese omelets, sausage patties and toast with jelly for breakfast.

Going to probably make cheeseburgers and fries for late dinner and the rest of the key lime filled buttercreme donuts for dessert.

J is going to make beef kabobs with veggies and I am going to make rice pilaf and white rice and have some pitas to grill. Key Lime filled buttercreme frosting for dessert.

Made egg salad for me for lunch and for J I packed him one turkey sandwich, one pork roast sandwich and some fruit and an oatmeal cookie and some trail mix. I also made sure he had lots of drinks. 

For dinner I am planning on making us a homemade pizza with sausage, ham, onions and black olives. Got some key lime filled Persians with butter frosting for dessert.

Made eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns with onions for breakfast.

For J's dinner I made him a 'blue plate special'. Slices of pork roast and gravy over buttered bread. Big plate of food. Creme horns for dessert. I had a small salad. I may make some popcorn later.

J took me for a Cinco de Mayo lunch! We had hard shell tacos, beef enchiladas, rice, beans with cheese and chips and salsa. J also got Persians for dessert.

We went out for an early dinner. We had brisket, pitas, cole slaw, tater tots and fried cheese curds. Really good. Creme horns for dessert.

Okay the nicest thing I can say about Don is that he is a butthead. 

I made the guys Papa Murphy's Pizzas. I doctored them up with some additional spices. Oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert.

Don played his game again last night.  I decided to go to bed, so he called the cab to go drink at his cousin and her husband's house.  He came home around 11am.  I had offered to pick him up and give him a ride home since I was back in town making a delivery to McDonalds from the Jefferson Store.  He said he would get a ride home, so I am betting he was at Bigsy's instead.  Needless to say, I had nothing to eat

For dinner I did cheeseburgers loaded and fries. Chocolate cupcakes with white frosting for dessert.

This morning I got home after taking Jeff to work and he wanted me to make sausage, egg, and cheese on an English Muffin.  I made one for both of us.  I just finished heating up some McD chicken nuggets with Garlic Sauce from Pizza Hut, Not too bad.  A nice change of pace.

I decided to make a can of Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup, because the Ramens didn't cut it.  Don made the comment "Only food for yourself".  I told him he was a big boy and knew how to make his own food (He thought I was going to make a sandwich and figured I would make one for him ~ NOT).  I told him there was a can of beef stew in the cupboard if he wanted.  He dicked around and dicked around and finally asked the brand name.  I told him and he refused to eat.  His loss not mine

Going to make garlic and herb pork roast with German Salt Potatoes with gravy and peas. Persians for dessert. Also got some German White Wine for the guys.

I got up about 230 this afternoon.  I started puling stuff out to make supper.  Don got all "Witchy" and said he wasn't hundgry and we always have to eat when I want to eat.  It's not like it would be done for 1 1/2-2 hours.  So I litereally threw everything back where it came from.  I made a Hot & Spicy FireWok Motlen Chili Chicken ramens bowl.  I added the hot sauce packet and it was actually hotter than the other ones.  You can't taste the chicken in it, it only tastes hot

Yesterday we bought 3 cheeses burger pattys.  So we made cheeseburgers with them and tator tots.  I also had some home made pasta salad.  I had made home made Guacamole and wanted to make street tacos, but Don didn't want that.  I did eat quite a bit of Guac though. Yummy!

Made a big Chef Salad for me and the guys had pasta, meat sauce, Italian sausages and cheese garlic bread. J wanted a hot meal. Little petit fors for dessert. Yummy.

Making macaroni and cheese and crinkle cut fries. With J working we are eating in shifts.

Planning on making cheeseburgers and fries for the guys and heating up my leftover stew and rice. Got some stuffed caramel frosted long johns for dessert.

Ended up making Sweet and Sour Chicken, Wings with Mustard Sauce, White Rice, Mixed Veggies (Carrots, Onions, Broccoli and Bok Choy) and Spring Rolls and egg donuts for dessert.

I ended up getting some Papa Murphy's Take and Bake Pizzas and doctored them up. Egg donuts for dessert.

Last night I kept asking and suggesting stuff for supper and Don didn't want any of it.  I stopped suggesting and he said that "since no one is making supper I will have to order out".  I went to bed.  He ordered Gus' pizza and potatoes.  I refused to eat, out of spite.

Sunday night I made pasta, meat sauce, Italian Sausages and cheese garlic bread. I got the guys some chianti. Persians for dessert.

Tonight before J went to work I made burgers and fries and sliced up lettuce, tomatoes and onions to go with. Persians for dessert again.

Used leftover ham to make a huge batch of 'garbage plate' for brunch.

For dinner I made chili for the guys and they finished it! Also made cornbread and grated cheese and diced up onions for toppings. I made me some rice with veggies and took out some beef stew to top the rice with. Chocolate cupcakes with buttercreme frosting for dessert.

J had to go to work early so I made him two cheeseburgers and he had some chips.

After the dentist, Jon was starving so we went to Culver's once. He had a fish sandwich, fries, pretzel bites with cheese sauce, cheese curds, a root beer and a turtle concrete mixer! I had a Swiss melt and fries and a diet rootbeer. lol

Yesterday Don ordered Pizza from Gus's and I really didn't want it, so I had a couple pieces and went to bed.  Acid reflux was horrible.  

So tonite, I made Pork on a stick and left over mashed potatoes.  He refused to eat, but then he probably drank all day instead
