Pumpkin Baby Food

Ingredients

150g (5.29 oz or 15 1/3 tbs or .82 cups) pumpkin

50-80ml (1.69-2.7 oz or 3.38 tablespoons-5.4 tablespoons) breast milk or formula

Directions

[*]Cut into small chunks and steam until soft

[*]Add cooked pumpkin into Ventray blender, pulse, and then gradually add in formula milk blend until completely smooth.

[*]For older baby, you can pulse the pumpkin a few times to reach the consistency you desire to feed your baby according to their need.
